Matt sold us 16 windows for our home. We gathered 2 other estimates and Premier was WAAAAY below the other 2. From the time I made the deposit, Matt had his expert team here within 3 weeks. Chase, Mason and Wyatt were incredibly professional, treated our home with respect and were on task all through the job! They were knowledgeable in their trade and never left me wondering. is 5 stars, the price is reasonable and the company is trustworthy! Our home has a brand new fresh look. We are also looking forward to lower heating and air conditioning bills. The installation was completed in 2 days. The clean up included removal of all the old windows and screens with no extra charges. From the knock on the door to the clean up we felt comfortable with our choice. We recommend Premier Home Exterior.

Premier provides an excellent product at an affordable price. Matt was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured to buy. He was able to work with us to find the product that fit our budget. The crew was hard working and efficient, installing 13 windows in about 6 hours and they look fantastic. WE LOVE OUR WINDOWS! My wife and I have been wanting to get windows for 6 years. We took our time on determining which company was best and we chose Premier out of 5 options. They NEVER pressured us to buy. Prices were up front. Matt and our installers (Billy, Grant, and Wyatt) were extremely professional and flexible. We even had a garden window put in after one company told us "you need an inheritance for that." I will recommend Premier to everyone and will definitely use them in the future.

Very professional and friendly...by this I mean everyone I met in this company. Very easy to talk to, no pressure, happy to answer questions and ready to assist with any step of the process. I felt very comfortable learning about the products available and making a decision to move forward.
We (wife and I) had windows replaced throughout the house, in addition to an exterior door converted to sliding glass door, and an adjacent exterior door replaced with a window and a build up. This was all done in a day, amazingly, and on a cold February day. They let me know what to expect throughout the process

We are very pleased with our new windows! The price was very reasonable, and the installers were very quick and cleaned up before leaving. They also did a great of job is describing all of the features of the windows, of which there are several. The windows are very efficient as well. From the outside, they look great! I highly recommend Premier for replacement windows. William, our sales person was very personable.

Very happy with our experience with Matt Jackson and Premier Home Exterior. We replaced about 24 windows in our home, and the price was quite affordable as compared with other vendors. Furthermore, the installers were professional and skilled. Most importantly, we just received a bill from our electric company that shows statistics on how our home compares to other homes in the area. As compared to all homes within a 3 mile radius, our home is now 9% more efficient than the top 20% of the most efficient homes in the area. Our electric and gas bills are quite low and the windows are beautiful

I live in an older home in the Clintonville area and had my front picture windows replaced. I am very pleased with how they look and more importantly how well they have insulated my room.
