On a Sunday our 22 year old garage door collapsed. I contacted Reliable Door Services that evening via email, thinking I'd hear from them on Monday morning. Nope, I got a message that same night. Sent the requested photos on Monday morning of said garage door. Chris gave us a quote and soon after Noah and Jake were here to begin work. We are so pleased with the customer service received as well as the excellent work. We will continue to use them for all our garage door needs and will be recommending Reliable Door Services to all our friends.

Excellent service! Noah came out same-day and repaired a broken metal plate that attached the opener to the wall. We had tried to find a replacement part, but were unsuccessful and were told by another company that our only other option would be to replace the whole garage door opener. So appreciate that Noah was able to replace the part as he saved us more than $300. He was extremely pleasant and even tuned up our other garage door as a bonus! Will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I don’t even know the name of the gentleman who answers the phone for this company.... but what I do know is his EXCELLENCY and commitment to customer service!
I needed my overhead door springs replaced because I had one break! I called, but they were booked for several days.
However, the gentleman on the phone walked me through the replacement of the springs, and provided information detrimental to obtaining them.
It took my 2 hours, because I had to rewire my sensor to complete the process, but I’m happy to say my garage door opener works just fine now!
I can’t thank him enough!

I contacted Reliable Door Services to repair broken springs on my garage door and decided to buy a new garage door opener and have them install it for me as well. The service tech arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He completed the job in less than 2 hrs and gave me an overview of the functions of the new opener. Price for the service was very reasonable and customer service was excellent. I will definitely use them in the future for any garage door repairs.
