The customer service was pretty sad. Both people I talked to sounded rushed and bored. The first person listened to my question, told me to hold, and transferred me to someone else without telling that person what I was hoping to find out. So I ask my question once again and the answer I received was "sorry, we can't help." I asked if they knew anyone who could and all I heard was, "nope." That alone will motivate me to give business to someone else who at least seems to care (even a little!).

I called them on a Friday, they were here on a Monday (our door was down). Lloyd was the customer service technician that came to repair the door, he was polite, nice, & knowledgeable. And can I add extremely fast! I will use this company & this location & technician Lloyd for all our garage door needs. I do not recommend using this company. The customer service is awful and calling into the office is even worse. We are under new construction and order our doors they said 4-6 to get them it took much longer as well as our order was put in incorrectly with our glass request we didn’t get the correct glass because our salesmen stated he didn’t… remember as he put in the order 3 weeks after he came to our home. We figured delivery may take tome due to Covid so not a big deal but sadly we had to be the one to keep in touch with our salesman if we wanted an update on when they may

Overhead Door's two guys came out and removed the damaged/dented garage door and installed a new, upgraded one in 2 hours flat. Its got paintable vinyl on either side with insulation in the center that warmed up the garage in an hour after install. It was a helluva job they did, and you could tell how much experience they had by watching them work. 5 star. 👍🏻

A TOTAL disaster. Installer showed up, wrong hardware. Delay till Wednesday. Different installer shows up on Friday, after no call and no show on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, got a sweet little gal on the phone, who informed me that she was not in charge of scheduling, but she would forward my request. No return call. The Friday installer gave me the willies. The doors were installed, but he left me to attach the exterior hardware, stating, he didn’t have a driver bit for those screws. 71 days later, a spring broke. I called the installer AND the company. WORST customer service we've ever experienced! Lack of communication, lack of accountability on multiple fronts, and ultimately failed to deliver in every way. Absolutely would not recommend if you have any expectation of a pleasant or timely project. It took us weeks just to get someone to answer our call/questions after we initially ordered. Weeks after our door was estimated to be delivered. Then we were told we were the problem by the owner himself after he hid from our calls like a coward. Everyone can understand that delays can be inevitable, but refusing to communicate or update customers

Door decor handles were installed improperly on brand new door, preventing the door from being able to open. Now there are holes in the wood panels, where the handles were and all they did to repair was put putty over the holes, which is visible, when I asked them to replace the panels. I have tried getting in contact with the sales rep Larry… Spriggs, and manager Robert, but they will not return my calls. I see a few other post regarding their customer service and being ripped off on line, and I have to agree. Not a single call back and now I have a new door with visible holes with putty

I am the manager of a large apt building close to downtown. I called "OVERHEAD DOOR" with several issues with our door that opens into our parking garage. Our residents expect the door to be closed at all times except when cars are coming or going, we cannot leave the door open because of the numerous homeless people who roam the area. "OVERHEAD DOOR" did the work in a timely but very expensive way, I knew they were expensive but I expect the best and normally they are. This time they did not hook the door to the door opener correctly and it came off Friday evening after 5:00. Accidents happen

I paid $1000 for a brand new garage door. They installed the first one and it was faulty as soon as they installed it. The tech then went and got another one to replace it and installed it. The same day the garage door wouldn't shut and it was because screws were loose that they installed. No problem mistakes happen. I found a slick deal online for a different opener I wanted. No problem. They came to my house and picked it up, assembled it offsite, and came back and installed it in nothing flat. They replaced some sagging wood used in the last install with angle-iron without me even having to ask. I would definitely use them again.
