Home Renew 360

We did a total remodel of a guest bathroom that hadn't been touched since the unit was built about 40 years ago. We tried three contractors but Farid at Home Renew 360 was the only one who met with us and listened to what we wanted to do.

He was gentle in helping us understand that our initial budget wasn't realistic even before he started serious work. He also explained the whole process, noting that it was up to us to source the tile, vanity, fixtures. He then sent us to wonderful suppliers who all talked about Farid's professionalism.

There were delays both with supplies

About 4 years ago we hired Home Renew 360 to redo our roof, kitchen, and paint our house. We were initially quite happy with their work, but as you can see from the pictures, the kitchen floor did not last. When they were installing the tile floors, it cracked, but they fixed it and assured us that would not happen again. We are now 4 years down the line with fairly sizable cracks in our kitchen floor. Overall, we are satisfied with their work, but feel they could have done a significantly better job with our flooring so it would not have cracked.

We requested bids from several home renovation companies for a kitchen and master bath remodel, and Farid from Home Renew 360 responded right away and made an appointment to come out and meet us. We were nervous after previously starting to work with another contractor who turned out to be unresponsive, so we started with renovating half of a bathroom as a "test." Even though our first project was small, Farid treated it as important. He was at our house almost daily, answering our questions, guiding us in selecting materials and supervising the tradespeople's work. More than that

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Nathan and Adam from Home Renew 360. From the beginning to the end of my bathroom remodeling project Nathan and Adam were fully involved in all the steps. The scheduling and communication was shared with me. Both of them were always availability whenever I had any questions or needed clarification. The team made sure the work was professionally completed and cleaned up after the job.

Did a complete home remodel. Flooring is lifting throughout the home. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling off. Paid for water pipes to be replaced and they were not. This company is a total scam and would not recommend them for any project!

Nathan started a 90 day project with us by coming out to the house to find out what we wanted and helping us prioritize what we needed. He was able to show us materials, explain the permit process, and give us confidence that our decisions would fix our home as well as add value.
We did a total rewire, roof, indoor and outdoor painting, full floor replacement, and other small items. Nathan was helpful as well as the rest of his team.
The work is beautiful and we are so happy we went with home renew.

Had our roof replaced by the awesome team with Nathan behind the wheel. Very professional and no hidden costs, upgrades, etc. Very timely and up to standards. I cannot recommend them enough to anybody needing anything. In fact, we will be reaching out for future improvements on our small bungalow in LA. Also, be assured that they are not some "new to the game" company as there are a lot of them.

I had such a great experience, I felt like I needed to leave a review. We had an unexpected leak that turned into our kitchen having black mold all over. Our insurance company pretty much told us they were not responsible. Nathan was sent out and was very knowledgeable about what we were looking at. Nathan and his team did an outstanding job on our home. We replaced our garage floor and driveway, changed our hardscape and landscape in the front yard, as well as replaced our roof and added solar panels! All of these items were done in a professional and detailed manner taking our ideas and concerns to heart, and the result was perfect!

Joe Sapir showed up to look at the job. He didn't realize it was an emergency, so when he realized it was he was upfront and honest said he couldn't help me because they were booked. But he was very sincere with his advice on how to proceed with contractors and various other items I had questions with. I would call them for future projects.

I would like to thank this home renew 360 very much. they did a lot of work on my home months ago. then i needed them to come back and do some touch ups. they went above and beyond when it came to accommodating my wishes when it came to scheduling through covid and then i needed back surgery and was out for a while. they kept calling to follow up with me and check that i was doing well rather than just forget about me and ignore me. very pleased with their services and just everyone from the supervisor to project manager to the workers. everyone was just always very professional. highly recommend

We had Home Renew 360 do some major remodeling in our home. We had our kitchen, floors, and bathroom remodelled. The team did a great job. Home Renew360 is one of the best firms I have ever dealt with, when it comes to remodeling and refurbishing. Their workmen were always on time and did all work to my satisfaction. The representative, Erik Gombinski, that came to work up the work order and give me a price on the job did so in a professional manner. This was the second time we do a project with them, The project coordinator, Victor, let me know a day or two ahead of when the workmen were coming and what job they were assigned to do. All in all I was a very happy person when the job was finished.

Lived at my boyfriend's brother's house during the time he was redo-ing his roof and had to meet with Nathan a couple times. He was thorough in presenting options during the quote comps period and gave us honest options on what was needed.

Nathan was very responsive and straight to the point once the roofing process began from permitting to finish. Though it was quoted at 5 days, he finished in 2 days which saved us a few days of an overhead headache. The permitting process was longer than the actual job!

Let's start by saying, I had been needing my leaky roof done for a year or two and finally decided, I HAD to get it done! I had met with Home Renew right before the pandemic, but waited until just now to finally call them back and start my new roof project. Marty was the representative from the company who came and I told him the items I needed completed. From start to finish the experience was AMAZING. Marty provided me a very detailed quote, went over the pricing and stayed within my budget! I ended up getting my roof FULLY gutted and new along with a new paint job and fixing the interior

This company will not provide a real quote; they however will give arbitrary and outrageous numbers beyond your normal expectation.

We asked them for a quote for a 5x8 bathroom remodel. We made sure to confirm over the phone that they have all the materials needed to the job because we wanted 1 stop shopping. Shiran showed up, took a quick look and let us know that we have to get all of the material we want prior to the job and that they were only responsible for the labor and rough material. Without any itemization, she then proceeded to show the estimate on her calculator, which said $24,999

Our experience with Home Renew 360 was incredible! Arie (Erik) and Cody were professional, honest, timely, and a true pleasure to work with. Both have excellent communication skills and were flexible with our needs.
