Eli did an absolutely amazing job showing us what the company had to offer and finding what we needed at a price we could afford! My initial contact with California Showcase Construction was with Sanitago through their website. He was professional, personable, and appeared knowledgeable when answering my questions. Consequently, I agreed to a sales presentation for Anlin windows; their sales representative, Ken was sent to my home. I (my husband) had taken meticulous measurements of the 14 windows (of 22) we wanted replaced. Ken did not use our measurements and proceeded to take his own measurements of the windows we wanted replaced. However, he said there was a requirement or law in CA that certain cities required measurements

Elio Rivera was more than professional from the start! Gave a great presentation of the product, explained everything in detail and was involved from the beginning of the process to the end of installation. Dude was flat out awesome! Would definitely recommend Elio and Anlin Windows to any family and friends moving forward. It was 99 degrees today’s and I didn’t have to turn my AC until until about 1pm, that’s how good these windows insulate your house. Before my full home window installation my daughters window would heat up so bad by 10am she couldn’t be in her room. Now she sleeps in

Very dishonest company, this company undercut there competition; I already signed and was waiting on an alumiwood patio cover with another company when Ken came along and blew me away with a price I couldn't refuse approximately 9,000.00 cheaper. I felt at the time something is wrong with this but Ken reassured me with a written contract!! If course I signed and I waited. About 2-3 weeks later I received a call stating there is no way we can do the patio at the price given, they stated there were brackets and more material to complete my job. I am going to give 5 stars...for now...since we haven't had any work done yet. While I was outside in my front yard I was approached by Morgan. She was polite, friendly and wearing a mask while keeping her distance. My husband and I have been talking about getting a patio cover so thought "might as well get a quote". I called to see if they do solar panels. And as usual got an up front open answer from them. No lies or misdirect just good oldbfashion honesty. They stopped doing solar in the city of Riverside because there are to many hoops to jump through with Riverside Public Utilities and getting permits. Thank you for the great information. I already had them replace all my windows in my house and they did a very professional job. I highly recommend there services.

About 8 years ago I bought my beautiful french doors from California Showcase and I could not be happier with the quality and the outstanding service. These doors were hard to find but California Showcase had them custom made to my needs. They were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I have NEVER thought I payed too much now that I have seen the quality, how long they last, how well they last and the service they provide. I have had small issues with the door and never once had to pay for anything to be fixed or replaced. I would recommend this company to everyone and cannot stress enough

We had last two of our windows replaced. The guys that did the work work very professional, respectful and wore COVID masks. They showed up at the time that they said, went right to work. Explained any questions about the new windows, cleaned up and replaced the few things moved.
Up front, the Sales and Contact people were good people to work with and not pushy or miss leading

So Brian was great when he came out! The worker's were good but twords the end of the job it just seemed like they were over it. My husband had to go buy wood for framing that we were under the impression would be supplied for us. If we had know that they would be putting smooth pieces and the original pieces have texture. They did ask if we wanted texture but we felt like the guy in charge just didn't want to hassle with more work.. Why are you sending your salesmen out to do door-to-door sales when everyone should be quarantining themselves due to the Corona Virus?! I have told your company multiple times I am not interested in your products. Stop coming to my house! The answer will always be NO! Another follow-up from last year. To summarize, I contracted for a paint job on my house and a back patio cover in Murrieta in 2012. I began to notice that the paint on the facia boards were peeling off all around the house. In April 2019, I was contacted by California Showcase and I showed them the problem. Initially I was met with reluctance, but they took pictures...many pictures...over and over again.

Two years later we are finally getting our windows installed but not by California showcase. I can't believe we are getting top of the line windows installed with all the same guarantees and warranties that California showcase windows has as well but for less than half the price. There was no way I was going to pay 21K for 17 windows.

The sales people for this company are quite shady. I mistakenly gave them my number when we fist purchased our home for a quote for a pergola. They kept calling and calling and I asked if I could get a ballpark figure for what they run - simple 40'x10'. They should have basic pricing range...oh no the schedulers cannot assist and when you ask for a sales person to call you they want a 3 hour appointment as they need to see it in person... On Thursday at about 1:30pm April 18th 2019, one of your marketers walked up (to my thankfully gated house.)
He proceeded to introduce himself and begin his business spiel. As I told him "this is my parents house I will pass the information along", I uncomfortably walk away...
He stops me and says, I just have to say you are a beautiful woman.. I say thank you and again walk away! (My privacy feels violated as I am just trying trying to enjoy a nice day on the porch on MY property.) He then stops me AGAIN and says, "I myself am looking for a beautiful woman

Yesterday evening, a salesman "Josh" was invited into our home and after a long talk about the service, financing eligibility, and then the cost my mother-in-law was not ready to make the decision. The salesman started to get upset asking what he had spent the last two hours explaining and "doing it all for". Doing what for?! Your job!!
He started to then pressure my mother-in-law to sign the paperwork for the loan for a new AC, saying she would have three days to decline. Even going as far as to say he was "Christian"

Stop peddling your wares door to door, this isn't the early 1900's. On top of that, when we didn't answer the door while clearly home (and he rang out Ring doorbell camera), the salesman left his garbage (an ad) on the door. Take a hint. I don't want your services. We decided to have a window installed in our dining room to help open up the space. We also have been working on a kitchen remodel and wanted a new window to replace the dated worn window that was already there.
It was only an idea but when we met with Josh and he walked us through everything we decided that the price seemed reasonable, the quality seemed excellent, and the customer service seemed amazing.

From sales representative, owner to workers they all were very professional offering us a great deal and very professional service. The installation was very professional. It took approximately less than 3 hours. They did such a great job that I can't even remember our ugly over 40 year old windows that were in the house when we bought it. Your company is awesome. Don't work with these guys. Some middle aged Caucasian lady in knee high green jean shorts came to my door asking if the home owner was at home. I said yes and asked them to wait. When my dad said he was not interested I told the lady "Sorry he is not interested". She immediately turns around and storms off. I hear her under her breath saying "I didn't think so" as shes walking away. I did not want to start anything, so I just closed the door.
