I had a leak during the last rain that needed repair. Other businesses I called to provide a quote did not bother to offer repairs but instead insisted I needed to have the entire roof done. This was not something I could afford due to recent healthcare bills. VHB took the time to evaluate the roof, found one other spot of concern, and gave me a reasonable repair option. The worker was on time and took pictures to show the areas before and after repair. He even showed me how one area had been previously badly patched by the previous owner of the house and how he remedied the issue. This saved me

Brian responded so quickly and astutely noticed the possible cause when inspecting the roof. Assigned Alex to quickly come and fill holes and conduct a water test, which was conducted naturally after 2 nights of hard rain! Not a drop! Alex even assisted me on the roof so I could see what he did....thorough job! Thank you, Brian, for taking the conservative approach first, before tearing off the entire roof! You will get my business when I re-do the roof!

I wish I could do 0 stars. The owner of VHB Brian Howard, had his guys come out twice to fix the same leak. It is still leaking even though I paid him twice for the same work. He assured me he was confident they fixed the leak the 2nd time yet we still have water coming in our house. He told me to stop contacting him because it wasn't warrantied even though he assured me they would fix the leak. Don't ever use them and he is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. Stay away from VHB Roofing.

I would highly recommend this business. The process was seamless and simple. We signed a contract for new underlayment. The work was done while we were on vacation and we came home to a nice new roof and no mess. Communication throughout the whole process was stellar. They even repaired a couple things before the work began since we had to wait 6 weeks for our roof to be done. Don’t hesitate to put your trust in this company for any roofing needs.

VHB Roofing was terrific! Brian came out immediately to give us an estimate after inspecting our roof. The estimate was comprehensive and reasonable. Several estimates we received were done by satellite photos only. Brian found an area that needed immediate attention and had someone come out to do a temporary repair at no additional cost. The crew chief, Junior, kept us informed throughout repairs as to status. The crew was on time every day and worked longer due to pending storms. Cleanup was done daily before they left.

Called Scott Gibson about a leak in a closet in our home. We also had a cracked skylight. He was great, honest, knowledgeable and came right out. Brian Howard then took over and we scheduled the repair. Alex and Robert came out and did a great job for us. They were a pleasure to have here! Showed me a picture before of what was wrong, and then the after with the repairs complete. We are grateful! Honest and professional people, good at what they do. Highly recommend!

Brian originally was easy to work with when completing a roof inspection on a house we were purchasing. After moving in, we completed all of the repairs he recommended resulting in $10,000 or work in April 2018.
Now October 2018, we had two leaks in the roof causing damage to the interior of the house. When contacting Brian about how to resolve the issue, he was very abrasive stating that not all roof inspections are perfect and because he did not identify the spots which caused the leaks his company is not responsible then hung up.

This happened on Oct 2nd and yes Potential customer because that same day I had a 2nd home with a roof leak and had you come here and did the right thing I would have sent you over to that home to give me a quote to repair it.
You absolutely did say, "what do you want me to do about it?" then said "I don't see your name anywhere on here" referring to the original work order when you replaced the roof back in March. then after I asked about the warranty, since it had been only 7 months, you stated "I didn't transfer anything to you

I think I've only done one Yelp review before this one, but I wanted to let people know about VHB and the great service we received. My outdoor patio ceiling seemed to be leaking after monsoons. I found Brian after seeing several positive reviews online. He responded to my inquiry the same day and came out the very next morning for an estimate. He was able to quickly pinpoint the problem as a leak coming from the roof. We scheduled the roofing repair right away. He was very knowledgeable and kind and charged us no more than what was needed. Brian was great to work with. His team was very professional and I was super impressed by how quickly they completed our roof, along with some pretty extensive wood replacement. They were here at dawn and left at 5pm a new roof in just a day?! Clean up was well done, our new roof looks fantastic. I wish more companies operated to these standards.
