We have used Priority Heating and Cooling for several years. We call them for any HVAC issue at our own home, and a couple rental properties. They are always super responsive and they do great work. No reason for us to use anyone else.

James came out for the AC replacement estimate and was very thorough and helpful. He seemed invested in answering all questions, taking the time to walk through everything with us. When it was time for install, James and his crew were right on time, professional, and efficient in getting the new AC installed. I was impressed with the whole process and will not hesitate to call them up for future HVAC needs. I highly recommend Priority!

Can't give them enough stars! My AC went out on a very hot day last week and I work from home. I called in the morning and they were at my house the same day. The repairman was able to quickly diagnose the problem and made make sure everything was working properly before he left. I like that they didn't pressure me to buy a new unit. Very honest people. I have used them in the past and am always impressed by how friendly they are. I know I can trust them to do a good job. Will definitely use them again if I need more service or repairs.

James and his company were great and very knowledgeable. He listen and answered to all my questions. Had an installation of a new AC and it went smoothly. They originally planned to come at 9am and I had to pick up family at the the airport at 1pm and they were kindly enough to offered and come at 730am so I had enough time. Highly recommended.

My AC went out Thursday evening so I used Yelp to find a repairman and called Priority Friday morning and they were able to come out same day for a diagnostic check! Ended up needing a new motor. James gave me multiple pricing options to choose from and there was no pressure at all. I emailed him on Saturday and even though they were closed James responded to my request and by Tuesday all was fixed! I would absolutely recommend Priority to my friends and family. Thanks James!

This is an awesome company! They have been servicing our furnace and AC for years and the service has always been first rate and at a really good price. Then yesterday evening, in the middle of sweltering heat and humidity, our AC died. James added us on to his already fully booked day and got out here and fixed it. Now I am sitting in lovely air conditioned comfort! Thank you Priority Heating Cooling!
