We were recommended Dustin at Woody's Heating and Air Conditioning when our 14-year-old furnace was on the fence. We received a quote from another (bigger) company first. Woody's was extremely appealing to us in areas such as: professional, punctual, friendly, easy to talk to and understand, quality of equipment, affordability, and turnaround time. We communicated with Dustin via phone and text and he was very responsive to both. Stand-up guy with great communication skills and very down to earth. Someone once told me that the goal in life is to find a good auto mechanic and a good doctor. Well, as a new homeowner, I've added a few more roles to that list and I'm thrilled that I can now check off "furnace guy." Dustin was friendly, a good communicator, honest, and fair-priced. He came out on a weekend and fixed a dead igniter in my furnace and helped me get a wall unit working again, too. Really enjoyed my experience with him and will be recommending him to everyone I know.
