Very glad I found Master Flooring. My oak floors were in terrible shape and they did a 100% perfect job resurfacing and repairing. Great people, great to work with. It's been 5 months since the job and the poly they used has so far held up wonderfully.

Santos and his team did an outstanding job reviving an old, beaten up solid Oak hardwood floor. Holes and blemishes were fixed to the point that you had to know where the spots were before they repaired them. The floor throughout the entire house, about 1700 sqft, looks like new. I highly recommend Santos and his team.

This review is a while in coming. We recently used Master Floors and my family and I could not be happier. Santos and his crew are the very definition of professional. They were punctual, friendly, and very hardworking. They answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to deal with. As far as quality, their work is second to none. Santos is an excellent leader and craftsman. The work was completed ahead of schedule and they were very flexible. Their work is really affordable and I still can’t believe what a great job they did. I will be using their service exclusively for any flooring work

Our experience with Santos at Master Floors was amazing. The floors look incredible. He was in and out in less than two days to complete two bedrooms. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend working with Master Floors. Will use them again in the future.

I highly recommend Master Floors for your flooring needs. Jose Santos and his crew did a wonderful job with the installation of my floors. His pricing was very fair and the quality of work amazing! I was surprised as to how quickly they finished the job and how neatly they worked. Santos had great suggestions and kept me informed every step of the way. We bought a house that had some mismatched and worn wood flooring. I had Santos out to give an estimate and he explained that he could sand everything down to remove any existing stain and seal it so they would be the same level and look similar. Having had refinishing work done before elsewhere, I was very happy with the price he quoted and agreed to the work without getting another estimate.
He did the work while I was away packing up our old house for the move and when I came I was floored (haha) by the quality of the work. The floors blended in together really well and everything shone and

Consummate professionals. Finding an installer can be intimidating when you have never worked with one before. But from the very start, I have never regretted hiring Master Floors. They first installed vinyl and carpet in a home we are remodeling. The work was perfect, fast, and they left the place very clean. Santos was on time and very easy to communicate with. His price was fair, and his work came out very clean. I removed a wall and needed to have the floors patched. I wanted to have a threshold installed, which required him extend the hole further. In order to make it blend we had a few other sections cut out and replaced with the same style threshold. His attention to detail was good, and I am very happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend him to anyone.
