We used Mold Zero for our rental property. Brenden from Mold Zero did our inspection and explained the process in great detail. The staff that showed up to complete the fogging process was an hour late and forgot one of the machines to complete the job. They came back the next day to finish it. The last step was to use an Air purifier, which they leave for two days and were supposed to pick it up. It has been about 2 weeks and we still have the air purifier. Mold Zero is struggling when it comes to communication and scheduling. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.

Mold Zero has been a great help over the past few months. They come to your house and walk you through the process and go over the major things that you need to know. Their Insurance team, specifically Olivia has been great as well and goes into depth of whats currently happening and how to move forward. Although I hope I never have to deal with mold again, they will be at the top of my list if I need some help.

I have been dealing with Brian Nagel for about a year. Also mold that made me very sick (two hospitalizations from a leaky roof). Brian and Joel came and fogged again (and now we have new roof) their mold removal is superior and I’m even getting my annual filters with Mold Zero now. Brian Nagel and Albert came to fog my place for mold/mold spores. They provided great customer service and were friendly. I feel at ease now not having to worry about mold spores anymore transferring over to my new place. They did a great job and explained everything. This company is a scam. They come out and give you a "free estimate." They then return to "fix" the problem only to change the prescribed fix. You pay them a "deposit" for the work they are going to do (20%).
If they come out and cannot complete the work as recommended, they argue that the deposit is non-refundable. In my case, they attempted to keep a $2,263 "deposit" despite doing no work. After many contentious discussions, the sales guy and manager agreed to refund my deposit. BUT, they never refunded it. So, I have been forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Brian Nagel was our technician, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. He made sure we understood the process from start to finish and was there to answer questions even after the job was complete. These days it’s hard to find these kind of employees so I wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserves. He even went above and beyond by pointing out something my HVAC company forgot to take care of on the install they did days before. To sum it up the company was very pleasant to work with and Brian was a major factor in that.
