This company does not care about the job that they do. this company does not care that people are still living in the units that they are working on. They will do things to your place as in taking out the windows without letting anyone know and then we'll go on break or lunch and leave your window on the floor outside. When you try to talk to them about what is going on they have nothing but sarcastic comments they are very unprofessional and I wish that my HOA would get a different company to do the work. Never recommend this company they shouldn't even be in business

Company as can be seen from the BBB complaint the company does not take responsibility for anything. No itemized billing. Refuses to give documentation to show the contractors have been paid for their work.
Here is a great word for them....CROOK.
So after reading the owners response and yes just as the recent condo owner from St. Pete (review from last year) the trinicon in St. Pete business is a crook. Don't know who they think I am or that they have the power to try and silence my review but yes I was a customer. I did not file a complaint with the BBB, was referencing someone else's complaint

Trinicon is an outstanding organization. Jeff Alexander and Mike Nutter are an excellent team, thorough in every detail. On a smoke and water damage condominium restoration job, they gave a detailed, accurate estimate and then stayed on schedule and on budget. I live outside of Florida, and they communicated continuously with me. They were especially excellent at pointing out opportunities to update the property during the restoration. Horrible company, takes advantage of the elderly. Has been "blacklisted" by a large percentage of the buildings in a senior community due to unethical and "shady" business practice. Lies on billing to insurance, tries to get paid for work that is not needed or not completed. Tries to bind you into a contract where you are to contact no else but them. One line invoices.

Trinicon came as a highly recommended referral when we needed a contractor, and they exceeded our expectations. Everyone at Trinicon treated us with respect and courtesy. I was very pleased with the result of my bathroom remodel. Originally the tech didn't install the leveling legs on the vanity, but the company sent the tech back out to do the de/re at no charge. My rep Scott Langlais was super. He was very patient with me. Overall great job and done very quickly. I would recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Trinicon. They helped us when we had a slow water leak that started damaging our floor. They came out immediately with drying equipment that removed all of the moisture and we were able to repair the damage in no time. They were so helpful, professional and reasonable and I have given their name to my friends and also my father who owns an apartment complex. he was looking for a good reputable company that was more reasonable than the others around and also I always prefer to work with locally owned companies. Mr. Johns and his team are great and I am so glad

My wife and I recently had a sinkhole and Trinicon came to our rescue. Not only does our entire house from front to back look amazing, the experience was the best I've ever had dealing with any contractor in my life. They return phone calls expediently and act like true professionals! If there is a change in schedule, you will find out about it and not left hanging out to dry wondering when and if thery're going to show up. Even though the damage was contained to one room, the repairs seemed to be very little according to the insurance people. Having never been through this type of situation before I believed them. Before we went any ferther in the process, Trinicon, LLC came out and took a look through the eyes of someone who sees these cases on a nearly daily basis. Because water had been leaking from the roof the insulation and ceiling were wet and had come crashing down onto the carpet and furniture below. After the clean up Trinicon,LLC set up equipment to remove all the moisture that was left behind. This process
