First - full and fair disclosure. We’ve known Stephanie for almost 12 years. She is one of the first friends we made when we moved from New England to Florida.
Everything she does is thorough and by the book, which is absolutely no surprise if you know her.
We first lived in condos where pest control was included in maintenance fees. Recently… however, the association where we live now has allowed us more control. Thankfully.
Our neighbors recently had some tree and roof work done and, quite literally, opened up a rats nest. Said rats were coming in through the roof into my ceiling
