Grandson school had them come out to rid of bed bugs in our home, suppose to be 3trips to rid of them, after first time as he was leaving he told us to call in ten days to spray again, when leaving that day he didn't say anything about coming back the third time, not evens to call in ten days nothing, and we still have them worst then before, and we have done everything he said to do. This place charges takes the money, with no guarantees, no nothing just an attitude, when ask to come back to finish the job, and says to do that he'll have to charge full price, again, or he won't finish, how's it

I had a horrendous experience with John, owner of Premiere Pest Control. This man was both unprofessional and argumentative with me when I asked him not to spray in my home. I gave him permission to spray only in the garage, but he didn't even spend 10 seconds out there, and did not lay a barrier by the doors, including the garage door. He sprayed in my home, anyway against my wishes, telling me, "I shouldn't be telling him how to do his job". In spraying under the sink, range, and washing machine area, the pesticide ran back out all over my floor. I pointed the mess out

We have been using Premier for over 4 years. We have a large yard with nearly an acre of grass to maintain and we're surrounded by woods, so keeping the bugs, weeds, and crud out of our yard is a task. I couldn't do it myself and tried another company for a couple years......they were unable to keep my yard nice looking and bug free. John Dyches and Premier were recommended so I called them. John came out and looked at the yard and did a great job explaining how he'd take care of it. My yard has been great since we started using Premier. Weeds and bugs are well under control....neighbors yards

The boss was really nice the first time he came out. I had a tick problem. I know they are difficult to get rid of, and so did Premier Pest. He did not seemed surprised when the first visit did not get rid of the ticks. When I called to get a second visit he said to wait a week to see if the residual poison would kill them. Of course residual poison did not kill the ticks, the vacuum of space does not even kill them. On his second trip to my house he started blaming me for the first visit being unsucessful, because I had too much stuff in my house or my yard was not perfect enough. He saw all of
