When we started Hannah Homes nearly 10 years ago, we never dreamed where it would take us. We have had the pleasure of working with amazing clients, establishing relationships with outstanding subcontractors and suppliers, and building many incredible homes. We couldn't have built a successful business without your trust and support. In 2018, we took another leap of faith and started a new millwork/casework company called Notch & Nail. We originally started Notch & Nail with the intent that it would be a sister company to Hannah Homes. However, it quickly became evident that there was an opportunity in the market for Notch & Nail to expand from the residential sector into the commercial industry.
By 2020, Notch & Nail was growing quickly and we had a difficult decision to make. We knew that we could not keep our high level of quality and commitment to open communication with our clients if we were operating both companies to their full extent.

Brenden and Erin are very professional, personable, and accommodating to work with, not to mention the beautiful homes they create! As their flooring provider, it is great to work with Hannah Homes who understands the value of building the best for their homeowners. Their construction quality is second to none and they take extreme pride in the product they deliver.

Brenden built us a wonderful custom home during the last half of 2016. We cannot say enough good things about Brenden, the quality of the homes he builds and the overall building process we had with him along the way.
From start to finish Brenden was available, easy to get ahold of, and always keeping us up to date on what was happening each week. From the start of our project, he had an estimated completion date and that date never changed. In fact, he was able to finish a few days ahead of his projection.

Our home building experience with Hannah Homes Iowa has been excellent from start to finish. We moved into our home in the Northwest part of Urbandale in November 2016. It truly is our dream home!
When we first began looking for lots, Brenden was always willing to meet us at a lot and go over the site plan to discuss the pros and cons of the lot with us. After we found our lot, Brenden met with us several times to give us advice on different house plans we were interested in. We chose to build The James Plan. It was so spacious and had so much useful storage. It is the perfect home for our family
