From the first phone call with Amanda to the completion of the work, SERVPRO was prompt, professional, informative and caring. The team that came to my home, Sonny and Jacob, were outstanding. They arrived on time, explained the work to be done and competently completed the remediation. Sonny made sure cabinets and hardware were left organized and in one piece for reinstalling. I would highly recommend Servpro of Northern Las Vegas to all my friends and family. From the Office Manager, to the Project Manager, to the Crew, they were all so knowledgeable, patient and understanding with what I was going through. They deal with this daily but this was my first water damage and they explained step by step what was going to be done.
