I was actually pretty pleased with the work WFM did. They were professional and courteous. They taped things off nicely and completed what they came for. I wish they had communicated more clearly what the process would be like. I was stunned when I realized these extremely loud machines would be going for several days non-stop. I understand it's necessary but I definitely wasn't given a clear heads up on what to expect.

My experience was anything but positive. Yes, they came out right away because they heard we were going through our insurance and they wanted to charge for extended hours. Fernando came and said it was a small leak in the toilet and a small portion of drywall (about 2x2) would be removed from the kitchen ceiling and the toilet and subfloor removed and 2 fans put in to dry it out. He said no more than 3 hours max and 1 day of drying, 2 at most. We confirmed this information with a lady when we scheduled the appointment for Friday. They were supposed to arrive at 7am. To the person who responded to my review. If you call NOT being able to communicate to the workers because NO ONE that was there at my house spoke English or your personal items being stolen running smoothly then it couldn't have gone better. I would LOVE it if I could have my property back. I need my brass floor lamp back as well as the chest that was at the end of my bed back. I know you were supposed to clean my house out but you guys went above and beyond when you cleaned out my personal property.

My plumber called WFM when he noticed water damage from my water heater burst. Mike came out to assess the damage and got a crew out immediately to start the clean up process. Mike was wonderful, he called my insurance company and got the claim started for me. Throughout the whole process WFM was in great contact with me, just checking in to see how the repairs were going. Their customer service is 100% spot on.

Water damage to your home sucks....We were lucky. Only ceiling and dry wall damage....but...still ...it sucks. Especially when the restoration is being done while you still are living there. Fans, humidifires, going 24/7 for 4 or 5 days will drive you fking crazy.... trust me....
WFM did a really good job. They were there within 45 minutes from when the accident occurred. Explained everything. All of there team were professional, courteous, friendly. My water heater burst at the worst time. I was referred to WFM, gave them a call and they came out that evening. They assessed my situation and made their recommendations in a clear, easy to understand way. They had a team of workers at my house the next morning and they checked up on it every day until it was all dried up. They even referred me to another company who did the needed repairs. Highly recommend this family owned business! Maria is available 24/7 and goes above and beyond in customer service, I can't thank them enough for all their help. My water heater broke and they came out within the hour to help me shut off my water and start the cleanup process. And they helped get me connected with my insurance company to start the claim process!
