He's licensed and insured - plus he owns and has renovated properties within the Charles Village area (and all over Baltimore too). He knows old houses and what "surprises" might occur. Prompt, super communicative, transparent, reasonable, and friendly. What else could you want in a contractor??? His employees are also top notch, especially his foreman Chuck. The kind of guy you'd like to have a beer with. Mike will always now be my go-to guy.

I must say, Michael and his team really exceeded my expectations.
We honestly didn’t think that this level of service existed anymore, I feel like they don't have tools they have a magic wand, we are especially pleased with the excellent quality of the work and the attention to detail.
They treated our home as their own. They are trustworthy and respectful at all times.
