So its been a couple of months since Magnolia built my patio and I must say I absolutely LOVE it. Its absolutely beautiful. I added the tongue and groove ceiling and it just complements the patio wonderfully. The guys did a great job. John P was great, he did the design and estimate. Dennis was the project manager, and he did great too. Both were helpful and kept in touch, almost daily, throughout the whole project. They even came back out to check on a fan that I thought had an issue. Would definitely recommend Magnolia.

Our patio extension began with a consultation with Chuck. He understood what we wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we were happy and within our budget. Mike was our PM. He was great. Always kept us in the loop and responded to our questions and concerns immediately. There were a small couple things we didn’t like the looks of and Mike addressed them immediately to ensure we were happy with the end result. We felt that both Chuck and Mike were honest with us and really cared about the quality of their work. We are thrilled with our new patio!

We had an old deck removed and a new concrete patio installed. They helped coordinate tree removal as well. The whole process was smooth and efficient. The patio looks fantastic and we have gotten many compliments on it. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had a great experience using Magnolia Patios. Our sales person was new so we had a few bumps getting everything drawn up and put together, but once our HOA approved, it was smooth sailing. The project manager, Dennis, was great at communicating and sending reminders. The contractors they used were efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable. The patio came out perfectly and in just over 2 weeks.

We are extremely pleased with the finished outdoor room addition to our house. From the taking down of the existing pergola to the final day installing the ceiling fans the contractors did a great job. Mike, the project manager was hands on in delivering materials if needed and also helping lift some of the very heavy beams. We will be calling them again in the next couple of months to add a knee wall, possibly a fireplace and concrete overlay to the floor. Thank you Magnolia Patio for making our dream come true.

We had a great experience with Magnolia Patio Covers. From the start they had a straightforward contract structure that showed clearly the cost of all items in the quote to help you pick and choose the items included. The contractors were all professional and did high quality work. The scope of our project included architectural drawings, incorporating the design into our current roof structure and adding a large masonry fireplace. Even with some hiccups as expected in a large project Chuck (sales) and David (owner) worked with us to get everything finished and we love the end result.
