Located in the Tucson Area, it's our goal to help our customers make an informed decision prior to purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. We will provide you with a written unbiased report and photos identifying any problems that we find at the time of the inspection. Every inspection we perform is based on a checklist which includes either testing or visually assessing the items on the checklist.

From my first interaction with Joe I was impressed with the way he runs his business. We are from Texas and were interested in buying a vehicle in Phoenix. We found Joe on Google and hired him to do an inspection of the vehicle since we couldn't check it out personally. I hated the thought of buying a car unseen, Joe put me at ease on the phone. He scheduled an app with the seller the next day and put the seller at ease. He spent over 1.5 hours with the car and then spent 45 minutes with me on the phone not only going over the good and not so good points of the car, but educating me on why he focused on the things he did because it was a 1969 limited production vehicle. Then he sent me a load full of high quality pics and even did some research for me afterwards to send me more info. I would without a doubt use him again and refer him to others.

Joe was the biggest help when it came time to purchasing a new vehicle! I was buying from out of state and needed honest eyes to do an pre-purchase inspection. Not only did he do the most thorough inspection, he also found all the minor details and issues allowing me the opportunity to have them fixed at the dealership. I was buying a 2017 Audi Q7 out of state so booked an inspection with Joe at Phoenix Pre-Purchase Car Inspection. Joe was responsive, efficient and super knowledgeable. He liaised with the dealership to arrange the inspection, gave me a breakdown over the phone plus emailed an incredibly thorough report about the car's condition. Joe noticed a squeaking sound with the electronic steering column adjustment. The dealer looked at it and fixing is covered under warranty. I had Joe do an inspection for me of a truck (rust free) I was looking at to have shipped back to the midwest. Joe didn't ask for payment until he was sure he could schedule the inspection. He was good at keeping me in the loop and called me as soon as he completed the inspection to give me a verbal summary. Written report followed same day. I bought the truck, had it shipped to me and haven't found anything that wasn't as Joe described.

It is very hard to purchase a car long distance without seeing it. I rely on an inspection to do a good job and be my eyes. I NEVER leave reviews but because of my wonderful experience with Joe I was very excited to do this review! He was obviously knowledgeable and a mechanic.
