I had a great experience working with the simply automotive sales team. Steve was great, originally I made contact with him after hours over Facebook market place. He was quick to respond to all my questions. Very up front zero haggling. After I decided to move forward he even Agreed to FaceTime me the vehicle. This put me very at ease as an out of state buyer. The rest of the buying process was very simple including the shipping sense he deals with it directly. Nothing but good things to say about my experience.

Found what I wanted online and drove 3 hours to pick it up, Steven had everything done by the time I got there I just needed to pay and drive. Had some issues when I got it home but Steven stayed in touch until every last one was resolved, Very rare for a dealership. Highly recommend! Just wish I could find the same air freshener scent that they use now 😊.

The absolute best used car buying experience I have ever had...hands down! Steven and Andrea are awesome! We arrived 15 min after closing time and they still offered the most friendly, professional service to us. They told us to take our time while we took the truck we were interested in, out for a test drive. Steven took time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to both of us. Not once did my husband or myself feel any kind of sales pressure. Even after we reached a deal on the truck they didn't try to rush us out the door. You just don't see that kind of courteous customer service

Steve and his crew were extremely patient and transparent in our dealings. Do not go here. awful customer service. seems to me like they prey on ill-informed customers. they get attitude immediately if you attempt to show knowledge about the cars you are looking at. plenty of places are going the extra mile for your business during the pandemic, don't sell yourself short by wasting your hard earned money here.

Great customer service. They stand by their vehicles and if there’s any issues they go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of. I bought a truck from them that had a couple problems(unforeseen by anyone) and they made sure that it was taken care of promptly and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
