Very disappointing customer service. I was told I could wait while they did my oil change when I scheduled the appointment (I had done this previously). When I arrived I was told otherwise which resulted in me missing several hours of work for nothing. A previous service I had scheduled was supposed to arrange a rental for me, they completely ignored that. When I had to use their Uber service before my return trip was canceled and I had to pay out of pocket despite their assurances. I just do not understand why their customer service is so incredibly poor.

Bought a used 2020 model 3 Tesla from a car sales man named Weasley, specifically asked with my wife present if this car was equipped with full self driving he stated yes it was and proceeded to show us (my wife and I) on the cars screen that the car had full self driving computer, if the car didn't have full self driving it wouldn't have that shown. A few days later we find out it doesn't have full self driving we were miss led and very disappointed. When I called to ask about this problem Weasley stated that I ask about auto pilot when in fact I never asked about auto pilot. I

Wesley was a great pleasure to make a deal with. I requested information and he was quick to reply and very helpful over the phone. I made an appointment to view the vehicle I was looking at and was greeted by Wesley at his store. From the minute I walked in, I need it was going to be a pleasure. Amazing service! My daughter’s car broke down the Tuesday morning before thanksgiving. Trent and Jimil took great care to quickly diagnose the problem and have her car ready first the the next day so she could get home for the holiday. We have a few more items that need to be completed that weren’t critical at the time and will be scheduling service with this team after the holidays.

This is the second best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The best experience I've ever had was with this same dealership. They told me exactly what the problem was with my vehicle and it cost me less to have it repaired. I went to two other dealerships and they both told me it was something else. We scheduled an appointment with Wesley and long story short we were in an out with keys in hand within 2 hours! I recently purchased a 2009 MB SL550 from a private seller. I was sure I had made a good deal on a great car, but wanted to run all diagnostics, inspections and replace fluids to be confident that there were no gremlins heading my way. Gremlins are expensive when they speak German!

IAutohaus claims they can service a Mini. So I had them attempt to fix a problem that only the dealer was able to resolve. I spent a few thousand dollars there and came up empty handed. I also need to say they didn't check if there were any outstanding recalls for the Mini, which their were, and I ended up paying for that work too. Dealers check for recalls. Mini owners....see the dealer. I know it's not convenient living in the east valley, but you will save yourself a lot of grief if you do.

Took my Maserati here. Chris was awesome and gave us a tour of the shop and Showroom! Spotless, I mean they know what they are doing.
Professional and friendly service. Gave a full report of what they checked and pictures of anything that needed addressed.

I was looking on car gurus and the exact car popped up at iAutoHaus. I emailed the general email and Jeremy, the sales manager promptly replied. I was able to go take a look at it and test drive it the following day.

Let me first say, I had an outstanding experience! I always service my cars at dealerships, and have for the past 25 years. When I noticed I was adding coolant more frequently, I called both BMW and iAutoHaus to ask questions. Based on iAutoHaus' response, I brought my BMW in to be checked. They offered an Uber back to my work. Excellent. Upon a full diagnostic, my service advisor Chris gave me the bad news - a leak, and an expensive leak.
I asked a lot of questions, just as I would at a doctor's office. I also contacted my service tech at the dealership. Their estimated cost of repair

Excellent service at reasonable price! Definitely will go back when service is needed and I would highly recommend if you don't want to over pay at a dealership.
I haven't had any experience with the sales side but would be willing to take a look.
Their towing service, uber pick up and drop off made it super easy and didn't disrupt my work day.
