Ecoworkz Inc. absolutely killed it on our backyard renovation. For two years, we struggled with the uneven dirt, weeds, sharp pokies that would get stuck in your feet and just an overall sad backyard that had so much potential. Well @Ecoworkz Inc. finally brought our vision of a beautiful, useful backyard to life. They hooked us up with top of the line turf, a new area where we can create our own firepit oasis, and a concrete pad where we can add a gazebo, outdoor bbq area and a place for comfortable seating and mingling. If I could give negative stars I would.
The contractor shows up to pick up his deposit check. Then you never see him again. He texts to give the progress payments to his so called foreman. The workers they hire are inept. They don't know masonry. They were hired to build a block wall. It looks so bad that I have to either paint it or stucco it.
They went into our tool storage and used OUR tools to do their work. The workers damaged our property in several areas and they denied it. They never finished the job. Contractor is 'out of town' and is always surprised that his

I usually don't leave negative reviews but experience was far from realistic expectations, potential customers should be advised. Overpriced, awful communication, little focus to detail. They did a good job with our pavers and our turf. The quality of the work was completely overshadowed by how poorly customers are managed.

Don't waste your time!! They waste yours! I scheduled an appointment to get a quote, their sales guy Patrick came out took measurements and said I will email you your quote in 2 days. Well.... a week later nothing from Patrick I followed up got a "Sorry will send it today" Well... today NEVER came either. DON'T even bother coming out to do an "estimate" and waste the homeowners time if you aren't even going to bother to actually give a quote.

Had an appointment with their rep to estimate landscape work for our front and back yard. He seemed ok and promised to send the estimate that night. He didn't send anything. After 6 days and several messages, we finally got a quote, but it was only half done. Sent multiple messages again. It has now been 2 weeks since we met we haven't heard a word back from the company.

Found this company and had a representative come to our home.The representative was great and me and my wife thought we had found the right company to renovate our backyard. Never heard back from the representative and called Ecoworkz back who simply said they would have the representative call us back. Never happen hope you have more luck then we did with this company.

We had pavers done in our yard several months ago. Our first contact was with Dave, and he was great. He sealed the deal for us and we were excited to move forward. Then came the work and the crew. This is where the 5 stars dropped to 2.
Some days they were here, some days they weren't. They were sloppy, loud, would leave the gate open unnecessarily (we had dogs) and had to remind them to shut it repeatedly. They did not sand the pavers properly and there were gaps where we had to tell them after the work was done to redo it, which they did. But my husband did not like repeatedly telling

From beginning to end, we had a very pleasant experience with Ecoworkz. We used Ecoworkz for our new artificial lawn and landscaping. It has been a pleasure working with Mike Carpenter and his employees. I did a great deal of research before getting 3 bids for artificial turf for my backyard. What sold me on Ecoworkz was that I could select from several different turfs and their pricing was less than the others and Mike who came out twice to discuss our questions and concerns knew what he was talking about. They arrived on Friday and finished up on Monday and I can't say enough about the installers. They knew what they were doing and were very professional, and when they were done they left everything neat and clean.

If you want PISS POOR customer service, Ecoworkz is for you! My neighbors in Rancho Mission Viejo used this company for their Front/back yard and referred me to "Tom". After leaving 2 messages, Tom got back off vacation and returned my call. Came out Thursday morning for an Estimate (10/4). Tom said I would have the Estimate by the end of the day. That never happened. Friday came around, then Saturday, finally today. No call from Tom and no estimate! I can only assume the indifference is because my front yard is small and my back yard has already been done. Unless you have a big project

We had Ecoworkz install pavers in our townhouse courtyard and it turned out beautifully!! Danny Shannon was awesome from the original estimate to the final walk through. When he found out my husband had a bad back, he volunteered to move our potted plants to our backyard prior to the work and back to the finished courtyard. So awesome! The work was completed in 3 days and the crew left the site cleaner than they found it. Unbelievable service. I can't say enough great things about this experience. I can't say enough about this company..I first contacted them because I saw a parkway done with artificial turf in my neighborhood and found out they had put it in...I contacted Mike Carpenter and both Tom Kelly and he came to my house to talk with us about the job. They did a wonderful job on our yard. We had some hiccups and I thought they wouldn't return to fix the problem but they did even after we paid them. Only complaint would be I felt the workers spent a lot of time chilling and not working so the project was drawn out but they were crazy nice and helpful. Owner is super rad. I recommend them.

Look at the photos I posted from the last few pages They installed a 400sq putting green for me, after the installation there were problems with the drainage and uneven surfaces in some areas, I contacted the sales man, it took them 15 days to get some one out here to fix the problem, and this was after 7 calls and more than 12 messages I have made... At the end they changed me for fixing the drainage, I didn't want to waste anymore time on this and either did I want to wast any more of my time to contact them again, so I paid cash for it.

When the drought started, we did our part and conserved...we even turned off the water to the yard. Now part of me kind of wishes we hadn't since the Yorba Linda Water District didn't make enough money this year and now will be tripling everyone's' bills to make up for it but I digress! My point is our backyard was a mess and with El Nino coming plus a brand new puppy that EATS dirt, we had to do something. So we consulted Yelp and called a bunch of places to come out for bids.

If there were an option for zero stars, that is what this company deserves. Tom Kelly will not honor advertised specials. STAY AWAY!! He wanted over $12/sq.ft. for pavers that another company quoted at $7.50/sq.ft. And at that, he still couldn't give me the discount that was printed in a magazine with no exclusions or exemptions. He still would have been $1.50/sq.ft. higher than the other quote if he would have honored his ad. WOW.
