We contract with a local monitoring station that has been in business for well over 30 year in order to provide our customers with high quality alarm monitoring services.Whether your security system is self-monitored, only rings a local bell, or is monitored by another company; we are here to help.

We are even willing to help with the DIY system that you purchased elsewhere. Our monitoring rates are very competitive and we offer 3 months free on any new 2 year contract, we also offer the same as a reward for any referral that leads to a new monitored customer. We make 1 hour window appointments and also offer the option to call you when we are on the way so you don't necessarily need to wait at the house.

Welcome to Omni Alarm Solutions, formerly known as Omni Alarm. Omni Alarm was established by Eric Billings and Gary Brown in the early 80's as a part time business installing and maintaining residential burglar alarms, our Consumer Affairs license number at that time was ACO-2709. Omni Alarm incorporated in 2010 and took on the new moniker of Omni Alarm Solutions to better describe the company.

Omni repairs most makes of burglar alarm systems including, but not limited to Ademco, ADT, Bosch, DSC, DTI, GE, ITI, Honeywell, FBI, Moose, Morse, Napco, Optex, Radionics, Silent Knight, etc. Older systems are a specialty, most systems can be kept working for years even when replacement parts seem unavailable.

Our alarm system is 32 years old and works great. But our one key pad that gets the most usage is worn out, dried and cracked. After searching through many companies I found Omni and their website said the work on mostly older systems. Perfect.
So I called Eric and he came out the next day. He looked at the system and noted the manufacture had been out of business for about 20 years, but he would be able to replace the keypad. However, I suggested he swap the pad out for the one that gets the least usage which he was very happy to do. Eric also replaced the system battery. It took less than 15
