Scott, the technician who serviced my account was amazing. He was professional and kind. He encountered several problems while attempting to repair my camera, yet he stayed with it until he got the camera working. I'm not sure that any one else would have been as diligent as Scott was. In all he is the type of employee that any company should be proud of. I got a telemarketing call from this company on my cellphone. Not cool and very annoying. When I mentioned this, the caller said he'd transfer me to a supervisor. He left me on hold until I hung up. The FCC website says, "Placing telemarketing calls to wireless phones is - and always has been - illegal in most cases." I don't patronize businesses who make illegal telemarketing calls; I hope you don't either.

My husband and I met with a representative from ADT and were looking into Simplisafe, however when we met with Jessica Kerr from Safe & Sound, it was clear that we had to go with Safe & Sound. We were really comfortable with Jessica and didn't feel like she was trying to sell us something, but that she genuinely cared about protecting our home. The price and value was better than ADT. Luis installed our system and he was very kind and educated us on all the features. We feel much more secure at home!

Let me start by saying there sales pitch and salesperson on on point and very good at selling you there products i was suckerwd into there false promises and now just feel like i am bieng ripped off!!!! for starters there security system that is top notch never recieves its commands because it doesnt get good signal spoke to tech support they agreed something was wrong and would send out a tech never heard anything from safe and aound called 5 days after the install complaining about the crappy instalation job and how my touch pannel was not hung straight and i could walk places in my house without

I have to say both my husband and I love this company!!! Jessica Kerr was our representative and she was awesome from the beginning...answering all questions and concerns. There have been a couple of times that the alarm was triggered in the beginning because of random reasons...forgotten code, or someone that was house sitting didn't know what they were doing lol...but each time they called to make sure we didn't need emergency services. They're so on top of things!! I would definitely recommend this company, and Jessica Kerr as a rep!! Love her!!

I have to say, I didn't think it would be necessary to have a alarm system but the way the world is it doesn't hurt to have some extra security. Jessica Kerr was our representative and she was great, all our questions and concerns were answered and she went out of her way to make sure we understood the system and used it correct. It is very refreshing to be able to find someone that comes out to your home and explains everything to you in a manner at which you can understand. Home security is important to my family. When we opened our new location we were refered to Safe and Sound security through one of our customers! Having experience with multiple security company's over the years, this company is a breath of fresh air. The consultant came out, on time and, completely knowledgeable about all the different packages that they offer, it's pretty much one stop shopping they offer all the gagets! I agreed to set up an appointment for a sales rep to come out talk to us about what Safe and sound has to offer and since i have been researching few alarm companies, i knew what i wanted. The very next day Younis Drayef stop by exactly at the time of the appointment, he was very professional, not pushy at all, he took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions.
