The Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati is a professional organization of builders, developers, remodelers, and related businesses who aspire to be on the leading edge of homebuilding through networking, education, and industry advocacy. Join the HBA to take advantage of our great benefits.

HBA builders, developers, and remodelers pass an extensive vetting process, providing references from customers and vendors, lenders, and fellow members before being accepted in the HBA. They're required to comply with the HBA's code of ethics, build to the HBA's industry standards, offer the HBA's one-year limited warranty, and participate in the HBA's consumer affairs process.

Find a builder, developer, or remodeler in our online directory. The HBA also produces HOMEARAMA, America's premier new home showcase each year around the Cincinnati area. The HBA also produces HOMEARAMA's sister show, CiTiRAMA, every other year in partnership with the City of Cincinnati. Learn about our upcoming events.

I have been involved with HBA in the past but rejoined in 2015. We are getting great feedback from our association and feel the benefits are well beyond just meeting builders. There are long lasting friendships created through this association

One of the best personal development investments that I've made in my career. The ability to network and build strong professional relationships among others in the industry is reason enough, but the work done by committees and councils, especially the Ohio Valley Development Council, in representing our industry to governments and utility providers helps to maintain viability in our economy.
