After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University Drew attained his real estate license, which he still holds today. In 2000 he got his first house under contract. Prior to the funding of the loan many of the walls had already be knocked down by the eager builder to be! "I would look at a wall and say 'why did they do it this way or what were they thinking' then tear it out and re-do it."
Selecting a custom homebuilder is the first of many decisions required to create a residential showplace for your family. All builders lay claim to "quality construction, within budget, and customer oriented." Good builders deliver in these categories routinely. Drew is a top notch builder. I have always admired his homes and am so glad we were finally able to have him build one for us. His attention to detail and eye for design is second to none. Drew and Nate went above and beyond in building our dream home. They were both always very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Drew was great at making me feel assured when i started to feel overwhelmed or stressed. Anything you ask, they will deliver. I would definitely build with Drew again and highly recommend him to anyone wanting to build a one of a kind custom home!

Drew Walling was the original builder of the house about 15 years ago. Six weeks after we purchased the house (Nov 2019) we had a mishap and the house burned down. We loved the house Drew originally built so much that we had him rebuild it from the slab up for us. We utilized the original floor plan and made several customizations to it. Drew and his project manager Nate were awesome to work with. Their attention to detail, continuous concerns for our satisfaction and the timing of completion made the process as painless as building a new home can be. Drew' wife even helped us with color selections
