Jose Guerrero (a family business) is by far one of the most professional contractors I've ever had the pleasure in doing business with. Jose and his team completely rebuilt my deck and replaced the rails/pickets on my front porch and did an outstanding job. I like the fact that Jose is the first person on the job and last to leave ensuring everything is correct. I was really happy with Jose and his team. We are working with a lot of contractors and it tends to be very difficult with people being unresponsive and not arriving on time. However, Affordable Fencing showed up on time for the estimate and completed the job early. They were so communicative and easy to work with and we are really happy with the deck they built for us. I would recommend them to anyone!

This company fenced in my .50 acre back yard. They were professional, performed excellent quality work product and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for any of your fencing/deck needs.

Jose and his team were spectacular to work with from start to finish! We had a vinyl privacy fence installed. The quality of the material and their work are both superb. Jose was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He and his team worked quickly, diligently, and produced a great product. Jose was very easy to work with and has a great team! We wanted to extend our pre-existing deck and are very happy with the results. We hoped to reuse the railing and they took the extra time to make it happen. His crew is very professional and experienced. Very great service with a great price. Every other place we received a quote had it almost a $1000 difference. They are very professional and friendly, they even put a mound of dirt under the fence door gap so my dogs wouldn't be able to go under. It was very thoughtful. Very clean and quiet work. Jose, I believe his name was, came out once more a couple days before and made sure where exactly I wanted the fence and that everything was ready to go. I hope people see this review and consider this company. Thank you again!!
