I haven't used their services yet, but when I was in a pinch and needed pest control I was able to schedule an appointment with them later in the week. Fortunately and unfortunately I found another service that could come sooner, and I was told to just call at least 30 minutes ahead if I did need to cancel. Well...I forgot to cancel! Thankfully, they were very gracious and didn't still charge me for coming all the way to my place. I will definitely be calling them in the future, just because the service and professionalism was so on point.

We have been customers for over a year. They are easy to schedule with, curteous and do an amazing job! We are on the quarterly cycle, and I am so thankful because our house seems to attract black widows and we have two young children. The owner of this company Hank wants the best for his customers, unfortunately like many small business owners he cannot be everywhere, and newbies do have to be trained. We had an issue with a new trainee not following through on trap inspections. However, Hank called and reassured us that he would come out personally to resolve issue!
