I could not say enough good things about this business! I called, frantic, and they came out on Christmas Eve. They not only saved the holidays for us, they gave us reassurance and education regarding the dreaded bed bug. This is the third company I’ve used here in the springs and they are the only ones that have been able to get rid of them. Very affordable, punctual and genuinely seemed to care. Kyle helped us with bed bugs and his process worked better than I could have expected. He was very thorough, explained the process, gave us options, and told us the implications of our decisions. When he was done, the bugs were gone. We now call on JBB for pest deterrent, where they proof the property against seasonal bugs and spiders. Again, very thorough in this and has great customer service in every communication.
He insures everything he does, and you can tell he takes care to fully understand every part of his work.

Not only would I recommend "Just Bedbugs Pest Control INC" to anyone, if I ever had to deal with bedbugs again but I would go with no one else. These guys are efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and beyond helpful. I had never dealt with bedbugs before and it was an overwhelming and sudden obstacle to face. I received a quick response when I submitted an inquiry through their website and a next day appointment and first treatment. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and the cost was far cheaper than I was expecting for a professional treatment. Just Bed Bugs completely eradicated the pests and we haven't had any since and it's been 9 months! So worth it. They're very knowledgeable and thorough. If we're ever unfortunate enough to get bed bugs again, they're the first people I'm calling.
