Today in the home furnishing industry, the market is being dominated by large "Big Box" chains that flood the market with low price and low quality imports. Our approach at Scherer Furniture is quite different. We believe first and foremost that furniture quality and durability should be reflected in it's pricing.
When it comes to style, we believe that timeless designs are best. We avoid fads and gimmicks because high quality furniture will outlast most short lived trends. Our store is full of traditional, colonial and some casual contemporary designs that have and will stand the test of time. With quality in mind, we look for durability.
Living rooms and family rooms reflect your personal taste and style perhaps more than any other rooms in your house. Creating an environment where you spend so much of your leisure time can be a complicated undertaking. We have a staff with a lot of experience helping people create rooms to relax in or rooms to entertain in.
We have several different lines of sofas and chairs available. Our three main lines are Wesley Hall, Hallagan and Kincaid. Each line custom builds each piece in your choice of hundreds of different upholstery covers. That's right! You get to choose the colors you prefer as well as type of pattern or texture you like! i.e.

Great service, delivery and pricing. They have a fine selection of made in USA real furniture. Jim helped us find exactly what we were looking for and were able to customize it to our exact taste.

This place is just amazing, not only is it filled with great furniture & friendly staff, it's also in a building built in 1860 something or other. What a cool place to check out! This is the sort of place you want to get your furniture from ...forget about those big box stores, buy your furniture from a local store & get a unique piece that will last a lifetime. ...oh & it's three stories high, which makes it even cooler! 😊
