My husband and I combed Buffalo in search for good quality furniture for our son's room that didn't cost a fortune. We had never been to Sans before but they were recommended by a family member. Don't let the lack luster showroom deter you from checking out their products. They offer a large variety of items, from what's on their floor to customizable options. In addition to this, the salespeople are very accommodating. The sale woman was willing to come in on her day off to assist with our crazy schedule. If you haven't checked out Sans yet, they're definitely worth a look.

When we first came in a couple weeks ago Michelle was fantastic wish we would have purchased when she was there
Then came back today to get something Michelle wasn’t there was a older crabby dark haired lady she followed us around the whole store didn’t like my kids I guess one of them jumped on a chair( I saw him sit on a chair and stretch his legs out to put his feet on ottoman ) I didn’t see him jump on a chair but I did see him touch a stand up lamp bc he was showing me I was watching him he didn’t do anything to the lamp then my daughter touched a button on a chair that moves lady

Six years ago I ordered my first piece of furniture from Sans. It was a sectional couch along with a coffee table and end table. Since then I have bought a dining room set including buffet and more recently a king bedroom set-all totally a little over 11,000 dollars. So I'd say I've been a loyal customer of theirs. I like to support local businesses, and being a resident of Hamburg, it seemed only natural! NOT ANYMORE!!! The king bedroom transaction and delivery was a cluster from the beginning. I was in there maybe 4 times before actually making the purchase because spending 5500 dollars
