Hiring AFT Construction, Brad Leavitt, to build our North Scottsdale custom home was the best decision we made! They by far exceeded all of our expectations.Great communication, honesty and integrity were all high on my priority list, and they did not disappoint! The quality of work is outstanding, and when something isn’t right they own it and get it fixed right away! Our superintendent, Andrew, was fabulous! From the beginning, A Finer Touch Construction committed that we would know line item by line item exactly what is involved in the process so that there are no surprises. It is something that we have found to be very rare. There is nothing that came up such as, “We didn’t foresee this and we have to deal with this now”. There was a significant… amount of planning done before hand by AFT. And in the end instead of finishing on time, we finished almost a month earlier than planned, which was a great surprise.
