After speaking with Jeremy Parker, he and his crew came out and did a fantastic job replacing the Plenums, Air Filter, and just really doing a clean install. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was right! So happy with the job done! My 70-year-old house had a “smell“ in the air. Many years of a tenant using perfume and other cooking odors had accumulated in the AC ducts and rather than replace the 31-year-old unit that is still working well, the service man (Tyler) suggested an electronic filter. He gave me two choices that were spelled out in simple but clear terms for efficiency and cost. I was familiar with the product, knew it worked and had it installed immediately. Feedback from my tenant is that the air quality is improving day by day. They could have sold me on cleaning the ductwork but they did not. I appreciated
