I have used Key for years having purchased my AC from them. I had my 6-month maintenance check by Zack. He was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to me and took the time to show me what he discovered. Several years ago Key saved my family by discovering a leak in the gas furnace at my regular maintenance check. I have been a customer of Key Heating and Cooling for 22 years and I have always found them to be conscientious, fair and very good at what they do. Today Zak came out and cleaned my unit because I was getting a musty smell. He did an awesome job and fixed the problem. He was extremely personable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He even gave me tips on what I could do to prevent a recurrence. I was very pleased to say the least.

Zack came out and was very helpful and professional, finally was able diagnose and pinpoint a leak in my dehumidifier that has been causing issues. I've used Key to service my HVAC for several years. They always provide a detailed inspection and give me tons of feedback. My unit stopped working recently and after 3 separate trips (two at their expense), Key established it was a terminal problem. I had them replace the unit with a new one. They did a fantastic job, and the owner even came out to get the permit closed. I've been very pleased with every aspect of their work and refer them to everyone I know.

I would recommend Key to anyone needing their AC replaced or repaired. I had a few companies give me a quote, and Key was the best price by far. They provided me 2 mobile window units to keep me cool while we waited a couple days for a part. The employees were friendly and I felt the customer service was top notch. My AC was installed this morning and now I'm cool as a cucumber! Thank you Key Heating and Cooling!
