Fantastic customer service! Hard working local business that orders anything in when they don’t have it in stock. Great knowledge from Jan as well as a great staff. I can usually plan ahead enough to have my materials ordered in with plenty of time to be ready for my job sites. Great prices as well. Great Mom and Pop shop! Thanks to Jan, Jessica and Dave at B.G. Lumber!

Had a Milgard sliding glass door track and rollers that needed to be replaced, door was installed in 2002. Every one in town, door repair, door replacement, big box stores: “That door is too old, can’t get parts. Have to replace the whole door. $2000-$2500.” Battle Ground Building Supply: “Call Milgard, give them the model number, they will give you part numbers, we’ll order them.” $40 later my problem is fixed. BG Building Supply could have tried to sell me a door. Instead they helped me fix a problem. When I DO have to replace my door, I won’t need to get quotes from anywhere else

Total jerks.
stopped in quick for some prices on molding and trim. the lady was extremely rude and said, you're supposed to have an appointment.
really an appointment to get prices? so a few days later we called down there to try to get the prices over the phone. again a woman answered and sounded annoyed. when we got the prices she said. I'm helping someone so I can't talk and answer anymore questions.
okay cool, I'll take my money somewhere else. whether it's more money or not.
