I am a repeat customer of Jim's at Spa-Tech. Last time he replaced a control panel on my Spa and he did a great job which is why I called him again to fix the water pump that was leaking. He responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone just by asking a few key questions. He was able to fix and repair my current water pump saving me hundreds of dollars from having to replace it with a new one. This is where his experience comes in. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also takes safety precautions during this pandemic and wore a face mask the entire time

I'm happy I found Spa-Tech on Google. I had a leak in my spa. Jim came out about week later as scheduled. He was quick but thorough. He fixed the leak (replaced a few bad gaskets) and cleaned up some corrosion. He pointed out some other issues that will need to be repaired soon, but didn't push to do the work now. He told me to keep an eye on it and call him when it gets worse.
Although my repair was minor so he wasn't here long, I got the impression that Jim is trustworthy and charges a fair price.

I called Spa-Tech today expecting to have someone come out and charge me a service fee on top of any repairs. My (new to me) spa circuit breaker stayed stuck in trip mode and I couldn't figure out why. My electrical engineer friend and I poured over the wires, the manual, you name it.
Jim called me back and immediately diagnosed the issue over the phone. One wire was out of place. It was a 2 minute fix that I was able to do. I need to replace my spa cover and cover lift after all the heavy rain last winter. It was a little pricey but needed to be done. The first spa cover had a small defect in the material, and probably many people would have walked away and hoped I didn't notice. Jim ordered a second spa cover, which unfortunately wasn't made with the correct measurements. It was pretty close, but the skirt was a little too short and the cover locks weren't in the right place (they would have worked but were longer than they needed to be). Jim then ordered a 3rd cover, which is exactly right. Talk about

I heard a funny sound coming from the motor and main pump on our spa. It would quit shortly and the pump would run. But yesterday it just buzzed and then I saw smoke coming from behind the access panel. Pulled the fuse box to cut power and then called Him at SpaTech. I had used him several years ago for a cover replacement and was very satisfied with that work. Jim said it sounded like the pump and asked me to send a picture of the pump. He was able to get a replacement and brought it out r today - just two days after the initial call.

Jim from spa tech was extremely helpful in troubleshooting my spa. In about 20 minutes he knew what was wrong with it. He went and picked up the parts himself and installed them right away. Spa now works great and was hot that same night. I would highly recommend him for your spa troubles.

I needed a new pump and heater. Jim gave me a quote over the phone and did the work the very next day. Compared to others, he saved me about $400. Someone wrote, "Jim is amazing. So knowledgeable and stayed into the night to finish the job." Well, we had the same outstanding experience. He worked in the dark to complete the job. And we took note that he sales spa covers as well.

Spa-Tech (Jim) was very pleasant and great to work with. Very reasonable price and is very thorough with the work he does. I have an older over ground hot tub that I recently filled back up but had some issues with the electrical. He was able to explain the issue and provided great options. I would highly recommend him.

I called Jim for a spa cover and he came out at the time he said measured it up and made several suggestions. The cover came in the time frame he said and has been great. I had a issue with my spa overheating I called Jim he walked me through the whole process of changing my programming over the phone.
