Excellent customer service! Carl and another associate, whose name I did not get, were kind enough to travel to my home, fix a blemish on the interior of our tub, offer to replace a cracked air valve and walk me through proper weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance for our tub. They truly care about their customers and their work.

I waited to write this review until everything was delivered and up and running. First let me say thank you to everyone working at Spa Max and a big shout out to Frank. From beginning to end he has been great with communication and has put up with my continuous questions.
I ordered my Cal Spa back in the middle of July. I didn't quite fully understand how much the spa industry was impacted by Covid. Orders for spas were through the roof and the factories are all having to scramble to fill orders while still keeping everyone safe and following the regulations. We were quoted an 8 week lead time

I have not owned a Hot Tub before, and decided now was the time - a retirement necessity - LoL.
My initial impressions of Rick's Spas were - # Large showroom, with a large assortment of makes and models. # We were greeted at the door, and encouraged to ask questions when we were ready. # No sales pressure at all.

Spa Max has a huge inventory of Spa, large and small, used and new. The salesperson was informative and honest. I ended up buying a used Spa that would have costed 3x the price if new. They were able to deliver the Spa at my home almost 90 mins away and help me set it up at the location I wanted. A few months later, there was an issue with some small leak and since I bought an extended warranty, they were able to send out a tech to fix it within 3 weeks. The second issue was the oxidizer no longer functioning and again, they were able to replace it with a quality part soon afterwards. I've been

This place is like being at the fair, without the drama of being at the fair! Beautiful showroom! So much to see, but surprisingly not overwhelming. Rick is a wealth of knowledge - ask him anything and he is ready to steer you in the right direction. He's not trying to sell you the most expensive spa, he actually listened to find out what kind of spa was best for my family! Conveniently located right off the 91 fwy (you can see his signs from the freeway) - definitely recommend a visit!
