We had a great experience with Sensible Spas in Livermore! We had a personalized appointment with Debbie who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They delivered our spa same day and helped set it up. We were in it the next night, relaxing and looking at the stars. I highly recommend Sensible Spas!

We have own a spa for the last 30 years so we knew what we wanted. It was easy to set up the appointment to view the spas in inventory. Debbie was wonderful to work with. The delivery was super smooth. We asked them to remove our old spa and deliver our new one. The whole experience was as smooth as it could be. The guys set up and explained any details important to the particular spa we had purchased. Would absolutely recommend this business.

Needed a new spa cover and was referred to Sensible Spas by my pool maintenance company. They came out quickly, measured and looked at specifics of my hot tub, offered me a couple of options. Cover came in timeframe I was given, they came out quickly and installed the new, hauled away the old and now I have a functioning cover again! I would definitely call them again for any of my hot tub needs. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly!

Bought a used hot tub from Sensible Spa a few years ago and had it delivered. Almost immediately I had a problem and Bill came right out and replaced a part. Had another problem 8 months later and again Bill took care of it for me. I was afraid I'd be high and dry buying a used tub but Bill is a stand up guy and stands behind his products. I'll buy another from them when I need one.

While my husband & I were in Concord shopping one day we decided to look at spas to see what had changed in the past 15 years since we'd bought our 1st spa. At one store the salesman recommended a spa that almost fit our budget but it wouldn't be available for 10 months! We definitely didn't like the price nor want to wait that long. Great service ! We really appreciated how quickly they were able to answer our questions find the right hot tub and book a delivery literally two days after we purchased the tub.
We visited other spa retailers who gave us estimates of 8 to 12 months for delivery, simply not acceptable for us. Bill is the owner he will take care of you it's nice to be dealing with the head cheese I highly recommend sensible spas!

Bill and Sean were very professional, great attitude and great conversation while they cleaned, installed and filled up the jacuzzi. Also gave great advice on what products to use to maintain it. Debbie was so helpful when my family went to check out the jacuzzis and gave my mom a free booster seat! All in all great price and greater service! You can't go wrong with Sensible Spas.

I was hoping the company would TRY to make amends for their bad behaviour but, of course, they did not. Their response was typical of the service I received so far. Let's break their response to my review on yelp down and make it more accurate:

Loved doing business with Sensible Spas. We had an old spa that we wanted removed from our house. From the point of first contact to the job completion was a perfect experience for us. I was asked to send pictures of the hot tub I wanted removed when I called them to enquire about the job. Very shortly after, I got a very quick and reasonable quote from with possible dates to complete the job. If you are currently looking to buy a hot tub you will know there are plenty to choose from and a lot of stores. You would think that when your advertising gets a customer to call you would want to talk to them. This guy said go to my web site and everything is there. I asked him via text to send me a proposal and I get the voice mail below. "I don't text" Well I do and I bought the Caldera Niagara from Nic @ Berkeley Spas yesterday.

Great product knowledge and service, a very relaxed and no pressure experience. On our first visit to the showroom, there was not a model that fit our needs. They took our number and said they would contact us when they received additional models. We received calls/texts two consecutive weeks when they received new deliveries and we found a unit that fit our need in size and features. I bought my Caldera Geneva spa from Sensible Spas in 2011. We were able to shop the different models at the store and we good very good advice and also a good price. The installation on our property was not easy (access) and Bill did a great job getting everything in and set up. The few times the spa needed maintenance or repair, Bill came by quickly and fixed the issues for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Great experience buying a spa from Sensible Spas! We tried three other businesses and did not get much help and were about to give up. Fortunately, we found Sensible Spas. They have a good inventory and were knowledgeable about the products. When Covid started and we moved into a new house, we decided it was the time to spring for a hot tub. I live in Oakland, but a friend referred me to Sensible Spas so I drove out to Livermore to check them out.
It could not have been more worth it. Sean was great and helped us find the perfect hot tub. He came by to deliver it the next day, at a very reasonable price, and was incredibly helpful in terms of answering all my first-time buyer questions. I'm so happy we got a hot tub and couldn't have done it without Sean.
