Most of us grew up changing our own oil, tuning up the engine, and changing the filters on our car. However, these days. My father started Pike Pool and Spa the year that I was born, which was in 1995.

I am searching for a new spa service company. I called Tom and he assessed my needs, and gave me a lot of insights and tips. He was genuinely interested in helping me and not just signing up a new customer. It was a very nice surprise and I look forward to doing business with him in the months and years to come.

We recently had to find new pool service as our last one just quit. Pike pool and Spa is great! They came and cleaned our pool the cleanest we've ever had. And they send an email with the weekly services provided. Not one of our previous pool service company's has ever done this. It was a nice surprise. Pike pool shows up weekly now, on time and very reliable. I recommend this company

True story, told to me by a friend today: Friend ("Abby") accidentally sent Tom Pike, of Pike Pool and Spa, thousands of dollars via Zelle today on accident. It was meant for someone else.
Per Abby, Tom called his bank in an effort to return the money, and then went absolutely out of his way to ensure she got it back.
So I've never had pool services with Tom, but I wouldn't hesitate. He's obviously one of the really good ones.

I had been taking care of my own pool for a few years now and am pretty good at it but as more and more demands on my time came up, I would forget to check the chlorine, or the filter or something and I'd end up with a green mess I had to deal with and still no time to work on it.

The following is my personal experience with Tom Pike and I let the readers draw their own conclusions.
When I first contacted Tom, he had to look at the map to see if my locations falls within his territory even though he has accounts in the same city. Apparently, he draws his own territorial boundary. I made an appointment with Tom to give me an estimate and even texted to remind him. He was at least one hour late (that is an understatement). He gave me a price and wrote it down on his "Agreement" and gave me a copy. It contains the price of monthly service, filter cleaning, conditioning

This review is long overdue. I met Tom in 2015, I wasn't happy with how my parents pool was being serviced. He was easy to reach, get along with and honest. We made an appointment for him to see the pool etc. I had a lot of questions, which he was happy to answer, very knowledgeable and he made the time for me. I wanted to make sure he was legit and wouldn't take advantage of my elderly parents or me. I hired him that day. I had a pool service for twenty some years and the pool seemed to be aging to an alarming degree. I called Tom Pike he responded promptly
and gave me what seemed a fair price and we shook hands. After two weeks my old pool looks better than brand new it sparkles and shimmers

Over the years, we have had multiple pool guys. With no exception (before Pike), they were all wanting - not showing up every week, magically cleaning the pool in two minutes, not being proactive. Pike has been a welcome change - responsible, reliable and best of all - the pool is clean and operating correctly !!

Before we move to TX. We had Pike Pool and Spa look after our pool for many years!! Paul was our guy he kept our pool looking fantastic summer or winter!! If anything went wrong with the pool Tom Pike would come and take a look to see what needed fixing!! Great company great service!! Thanks so much for all your work over the years!!!

Tom Pike is the best! He was recommended to me when I bought my home 6 years ago. My pool equipment was on its last legs when I bought the house and Tom has advised me on how and when to replace parts, the motor, etc.
His prices are competitive. I really like our regular pool guy, Travis. We had a huge windstorm a couple of years ago and it blew every leaf in the neighborhood into our pool. I expected it to take a month to clean it up. Travis had it cleaned up in no time.
