Professional guy who hustles. Called him up needing some help with roach eradication, told him over the phone what I was seeing and immediately identified the source of my contamination, the base of my toilet. Even told me to make sure I seal the screws that holds down the base of the toilet. Man was he right, it was full of them when I took off the plastic caps to seal it up. It's been a week since he visited, sprayed both restrooms and the base, bottom of the kitchen and the entire perimeter of the house. I've seen a bunch of dead ones since, but not one living one crawling around

Rafael was able to come out quickly when we had a problem with a wasp nest! He quickly took care of the nest and notified us of other pest issues to be aware of around the house. The owner came out about an hour 1/2 after first contact. I had tried (2) other exterminator/ rodent control companies with one coming by with a sales pitch & no action. Im having family for Christmas & my place smelled of dead rat! He came by & after listening he immediately suited up head to toe & went under my house looking for the odor source. He found a dead rat & retrieved it. He also was willing for an additional fee to go up in the attic if necessary. Honest, quick, communicative, reliable. Excellent service & I will have his crew back to rat proof my place soon
