Services
The entire structure is properly prepared and tented, using specialized tarps that will trap the Vikane(R) Gas Fumigant inside during the fumigation process. After the structure is tented, several fans are placed inside for the Vikane(R) Gas Fumigant to circulate. A final check is done in all the rooms of the structure to make sure that no one remains inside, including pets.

I got my fumigation done by them through Great Wall. They did an awesome job. Tim came out for the inspection and did an extremely thorough job. He answered all my questions and never try to upsell me something I didn't need. He even explain why I didn't need something done, that another termite place wanted me to pay them to do. I called about half a dozen termite places, and Tim was the only one that inspected my crawl space, and was able to beat all the other company's estimates. Tim was very honest and friendly. I highly recommend Nor Cal fumigation.

We went through Great Wall Termite, which subcontracted with Nor Cal Fumigation. I showed up at the property to meet Francisco and his crew and man, these guys got to work immediately despite the heat. Francisco was professional, friendly and gave me the big picture on what was going to happen. He also gave me tips about other house related things, like how I needed to clean my gutter. Francisco and his team deserve a lot of success!

I had to fumigate our property, and Nor Cal Fumigation was subcontracted for the work. Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Lori was super responsive and patient with all my questions. The team was there on time, took great care with the property (protecting our plants), and even did some cleanup to help me out (moving mulch back that I had cleared). I should probably do a follow-up wrt the actual results, but as far as a work experience, I can't speak more highly of Nor Cal Fumigation.

Buying process, closing, tenting, fumigation are all so time sensitive items, but it takes a special company to alleviate the stress of making it all work. NorCal tenting has been flexible, accommodating and very patient with all the moving pieces of a transaction. Top notch customer care and attention to detail. Working with Nor Cal Fumigation was a treat. This was our first experience working with a fumigation company to tent our house and Nor Cal set the bar high. Lori in the office is super responsive and didn't mind answering all of my question - big or small. She texts (!) and communicated schedule changes quickly. The crew (led by Omar) was incredibly professional and careful with my house. They were timely, they were respectful of my property and plants, and they wore masks in compliance with COVID guidelines.
