I had somewhat of an emergency repair that needed to be done at my home. I had no idea who to call, so I went through "Angie's List" and described my task at hand. That description produced three possible agencies, so I contacted each one. Mr. Thomas Riordan of Restoration One contacted me for clarification on what I needed done. When I explained my project a little more thoroughly, he told me that his company did not do the type of repair I needed, but he did recommend someone from another company who could help me. That lead helped me immensely, and my task is now complete, and I am very satisfied

Both times I called Restoration One to help me! I hope I do not have that problem again, but if ever the need would arsie, I would want Tom's kindness available.

Restoration 1 was very responsive. They were out to our place in less than 24 hours for a mold inspection. Both Thomas and Angie were very honest and informative throughout the whole process. After Angie had inspected our mold issue she informed us of how to remedy the issue our self if we chose and informed us what they would do if we chose for them to handle the issue. A few days later I received my inspection fee of $250.00 back from Thomas stating they did not do enough to justify the inspection fee. We did not ask for or expect to receive this fee returned. I highly recommend this company

I am very happy with the work done by Restoration 1! This is a veteran owned company and Tom the owner was extremely helpful. We had a leak in our kitchen and needed the whole kitchen redone. Thankfully Restoration 1 were fast to remove the mold and make my house safe for my family again! I would highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who is having any issues water damage! My wife and I purchased our dream home on the lake and discovered during the inspection process that there was significant mold issues in the attic and in the crawl space. Tom has done mold mitigation service for me at two different times. I know his staff to be responsible and very professional. In addition to his mitigation results, he prepares detailed paperwork for insurance claims. This most recent service i asked him to install a basement dehumidifier including a drain solution. My humidity levels went from 80% to mid 40% in two days! What a difference! I recommend Restoration1 to anyone!
