I am the Pastor of Center Faith Church in Karns, and we have used Serve Pro Rocky Hill for the last three years to clean our carpets in the church. and they have always done an incredible job. This year was a little different as we had a mishap on our carpet where table load of chicken and Ham and Sterno collapsed and filled the carpet with grease and oil. These guys were just wonderful. We had a pipe burst in our wall- and Nick came out with a crew to assess the damage within an hour of our call to him. Scott and others were in and out of our home over the next several days. They were professional, curteous, and were always there when they said they would be. Thank you Scott and Nick! We had a water pipe break that flooded a commercial space. Lots of floor, cleaning and wall damage. It was a mess. Bryan Green and the other Serve Pro team were quick (responded the same day) and very professional. They told us immediately what they were doing and why and got after cleanup & drying with speed and efficiency. They called us every day for a week and updated us on the progress. Well done.

ServPRO Rocky Hill recently did a water extraction for me. They broke my counter top, all four the legs off of my oven, and broke a leg and bent my dishwasher where it won't even close. They refuse to take… responsibility for any damages. The insurance company is covering the counter tops, but not appliances. Very poor business integrity with this company. Do NOT recommend. Owner and management notified to no prevail.

A couple of weeks ago Rodney and Daniel were here and at the time I was so impressed with the thorough job they did. And now after a couple of weeks I have noticed a HUGE difference in the amount of dust that is no longer covering my furniture. Also, I am not waking up with a stuffed up nose. Incredible!
