I am so impressed with Premier! We had severe foundation issues that needed to be fixed quick. Julie came out several times to assess the property and find us the best solution. Diego and the team that came out took the time to explain their processes and they were fast and clean! They even patched back our walkway without being asked. Premier Foundation Repair Inc. has been in business for over 30 years. I have used them for several projects. Premier Foundation Repair Inc. have repaired my foundation, installed root barriers, put in french drains, and did some concrete work to extend my patio. They do quality work and I highly recommend them to all my friends, family and to anyone who require this these types of services.

I met with five different companies. Premier was most professional, answered all questions and then more. Their recommendations in the repair of my foundation (31 piers) and cost were most favorable. Julie was always available for either phone or visit if requested. Very impressed with crew - always on time and efficient. Very impressed with Premier and Wendell. Fast, professional, gave me the facts, and the facts were my foundation was in better shape than I expected. They let me know I had a different problem than I thought. Always paranoid about contractors, but when they tell you they're not needed and wish you well, you know they have a good honest shop. Will be recommending them to anybody that asks.

I highly recommend Premier Foundation if you are needing any type of foundation work. Before you meet with owner do your homework. Write down what you are hoping to accomplish. If possible get your own Engineer Report. Read about the different type of piers that can be installed so that you and owner can determine exactly what you are needing. An informed homeowner will always be pleased with service provided.
Premier Foundation is very fairly priced. Barring weather delays, whatever day you schedule is when they will arrive. Work is completed in a very efficient and as non-invasive as possible

I had Premier Foundation Repair install 18 piers around the perimeter of my home back in 2015. My foundation was in very bad shape, lots of exterior & interior cracks. I watched the team perform all their work. I am very happy with the performance of the work. I gave them 5 stars because Julie the owner followed up personally with me & that rarely happens any more. I feel that even if there is some adjustments needed in the future, I'll be covered.
