From beginning to end, Mark was professional, honest, and available for any questions we may have had. We purchased our home in July 2019 and needed an estimate quickly because the inspector said it would need replaced, so we were negotiating with the seller. Mark was the first to respond and get an estimate to us, and we didn’t forget that this spring when it came time to hire someone to do it. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Called about a repair because of water infiltration, said he could do it same day. Never asks any questions regarding the roof over the phone, like can he walk on it, etc. Then shows up, is extremely rude to the woman of the house who was home and says he can't do it because he can't walk on the roof and because I'm an architect and he doesn't like "us people." Doesn't call me, who contacted him about the work and doesn't do the repair...and has his fly unzipped the whole time. Run away from Kerr Brothers!
