HOBS Industrial Roofing is a full service Roofing and Sheet Metal Contractor. We are certified to install many different Roof Systems, such as Modified, SBS, EPDM, TPO and Standing Seam Roof Systems. Services
By getting a roof inspection you can tell if a roof is worn, peeling, cracked, old and most obviously leaking. If leaking is occurring but not yet noticeable, sometimes stains will appear on ceilings, indicating a roof leak. It is generally advised to get your roof inspected once or twice a year. You may have incurred roof damage after a major storm, but cannot see any problems on the interior of your space.
