I called all the companies in Phoenix that do dust free removal. I called the so called company that has a patton on their equipment, all the other ones with dust in their names, big tile companies and I decided on DustSharkz because of their google reviews and the BBB reviews. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, and they were mostly dust free. I had the remove the saltillo tile, ceramic tile, and some glued down wood floors so I would lay new tile that was the same throughout the house. Everyone knows saltillo tiles turns to red dust and is messy. They used their vacuum equipment

DustSharkz did an amazing job at removing all the tile in our house. The team was super hard working and completed the whole house the same day. It was a great experience and it was awesome how dust-free it really was. The owner, Rich was also super nice and helpful. He kept me informed of the arrival time and progress of the job. I thought I was going to be weekend warrior and demo my ceramic tile myself. I got about 100 feet in and had to throw in the towel. I had another 600 feet to go, the 100 feet I did myself took almost 3 days.
I completely caked my house in dust, bruised my palms from operating the power tools for 3 days straight and had so much dust and who knows what else in my lungs, I had a hard time breathing.
I did what you are probably doing and starting Googling tile removal companies. I actually had one of DustSharkz competitors on the line until they sent me their estimate along with a 19 page contract

We had the good fortune of selecting DustSharkz to remove old travertine tile from a home we had recently purchased. The DustSharkz crew showed up at the time agreed upon and worked hard throughout the day and the morning of the next day as well. They showed up with a crew of four ready to work with electric demo hammers and filtration units. Once the tile was removed they diamond ground the thinset to give us a smooth concrete finish ready for new flooring.

DustSharkz was fantastic from start to finish and we highly recommend them! We had 850 square feet of tile removed (our entire downstairs) and it was very reasonably priced! My husband worked in flooring for years and knows how difficult, expensive, and messy tile removal can be so when we found DustSharkz dust free removal company we were extremely pleased. The only prep we had to do was move our furniture out of the way and they did the rest!
