A.R.Sims Heating & Air was actually hired to do some plumbing work for me. Miguel was on time, very professional & completed the job in a timely manner. He found the issue and quickly got it resolved. I would definitely recommend A.R.Sims for minor plumbing issues. I have not used their AC services but just off their professionalism alone, I would definitely consider their services.

Miguel just spent over two hours going thru my systems. The unit itself is less than 3 years old.....he probably could have worked an hour and I wouldn't know any better. It is why I will stick with AR Sims.....quality, ethics, etc. No bull from this place. Always great service and always going the extra mile.

Miguel was professional and easy to talk to. He explained things when I asked so it was clear. They installed an HVAC system about 4 years ago and I have not had a problem. What I like the most about A.R. Sims they are honest and can be trusted. Which is lacking with a lot of companies today

Charles was timely, informative and professional. He assessed the situation, provided routine maintenance advice and then identified and rectified the problem. He was respectful of my home, despite it pouring down rain outside…I never saw a single drop of water on my hardwood flooring. Very pleased.

My home warranty set me up with this company. They called me and asked if I was available the next morning at 8am. I said yes. Woke up at 7:30 and waited. Called them at 8:30 they tell me that the driver is running a bit behind but will be here at 9. 9:30 gets here I call and explain I have things to do, they tell me go ahead and do what I need to do as "it's going to be a while" the technician ended up getting here at almost 1pm! He gets here and was very nice. Comes in and doesn't even attempt to turn my heat on, before asking for my credit card information. I explain what

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unprofessional and unethical firm. I made the mistake of trusting A.R SIMS with an AC tune-up. Their mechanic and representative advised me to give them a call if i ever have any other issues. I called to have a new AC installed and spoke to the mechanic. I paid over $6300 for a new AC which I was under the impression was being provided and facilitated by a good, honorable small business, but i was wrong. The entire experience went south very quickly.
