Had an issue where my AC would not cut on. I tried every DIY trick in the book, finally decided to break down and give these guys a call. I'm glad I did! Mike came out and was EXTREMELY professional, friendly and more importantly really cared about the situation. I never write reviews, but I had to with Cool Masters. This team is the real deal all around. I'm next door neighbors with the owners of the company. Down to earth people. They are professional and so personable. They do what they say they're going to do. We found mold in our home about a month ago. The team went right to work doing what they do best. I'm so thankful we went with Cool Masters. They have such a good report in the community...I can see why!

Got a humidifier put in on recommendation from Jonathan. It did not work for even one day. It started leaking water in the tray under the furnace unit and blew the pump out. Jonathan comeback and made me pay for the pump and replacing it. He told me that the humidifier had issues and needed to be replaced by the company. Come next year when I needed the humidifier, he tried to upsell me to something else. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS...they will not stand behind their work. I can post pictures of the big paper weight attached to my HVAC/Furnace unit and you can PM me to confirm that this is true. I think

Our AC stopped working. We had one of the larger HVAC companies come check it out. The technician said the unit was beyond repair and we'd spend as much fixing it as we would replacing it. He then scheduled his sales guy the come out the following night and walk us through our options. Replacement sounded like the only option. I called Cool Masters to give me a quote on replacing it so I could get multiple quotes. The service manager came out thinking he was pricing a full replacement. He did his own investigation and found that the unit was only 7 years old (we purchased the house

We got the dip and twirl from one of the big corporate companies and Jonathan came out and was honest about all of our needed repairs. Hands down the best customer service I've received from an HVAC provider. He even came out the next day and stayed until 8pm perfecting everything. Will recommend and use them for my future HVAC needs.

Cool Masters if nothing else was very polite -- after I called to inquire about where the technician was, nearing the end of my originally scheduled 3-hour window. I do understand that things come up and estimated times can shift. However, I waited for three hours, only to call and find out my appointment had been moved without properly notifying me. I hate to leave a critical review when no service was performed, but I just can't let it slide that I wasted three hours of a busy workday to accommodate a no-show/changed appointment that I wasn't explicitly made aware of ahead of time.

Excellent service!!! The best experience with a company in this arena by far!!! Placed a call for AC repair ( of course before a holiday weekend), the representative was empathetic and knowledgeable - she took the time to explain the whole process and scheduled a specialist to come to our home promptly. Enoch was a blessing!!! He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Cold air was flowing from our vents in no time. We feel confident in the decision to have Cool Masters involved with this home repair!!!

Wow very impressive my contact was with Jonathan... excellent!! Very knowledgeable didn't mind me asking questions looking over him to see what he was doing... as he explained... this guy/company went way above my expectations... I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.. actually the price for the quality of service was much much less than I thought... Thank You Jonathan! Our house was getting up to 80 degrees before it was even 80 degrees outside! He took the time to listen to the problem and came out and fixed it quickly. He even made some suggestions on things we could do ourselves to make out HVAC run more efficiently. I also signed up for a service plan with them because they are the best!

Cool Masters has been servicing our two homes for the past few years. Jonathon and his technicians are outstanding! They are the only company that will answer a emergency call regardless of the time! They take the time to explain what the problem is and provide the best possible solution. And they never try to push any additional services! I'm pleased with the work done at the house. It was a cold week and my 12 yr old furnace. I wasn't home when Jonathan came to service it but my boyfriend was there. He explained to my bf the reason why the furnace was broken, showed the motor, explained the life of the motor (about 10 years). He also didn't mind explaining it to me for a second time over the phone. I will do business with them again.

Great Big Thank You to Coolmasters! Our furnace went out at 1:30 AM and I called to leave a message but Coolmasters ANSWERED! Five minutes later I had an appointment for 7 am...5.5 hours later! Tech was there on the dot and finished 35 minutes later. So glad we use Coolmasters for our maintenance too because we saved a lot today. I didn't think companies like this existed anymore!

These guys were life savers, I live in NJ and needed emergency work on a job that was poorly done at my sick mothers house in Norcross. It was done completely wrong by a contractor we later learned was an unlicensed contractor who basically robbed our family out of the money (6k) and never finished the job. My mother lives alone and recovering from a cerebral stroke last November. With a few cold days in late October I was in a state of panic.
