We recently moved to Raleigh and the home we purchased had an eight person hot tub on the patio that we did not want to maintain.

Darius and his guys were absolutely amazing!!! We sold our hot tub and the new buyers contacted Hot Tub Taxi to handle the move. Darius was very open with his communication, followed up on everything he said he would do, came out to inspect before moving, and told us exactly what to expect! He made sure that we received payment before starting the moving process which was a great added benefit from the sellers point of view and left NO damage to our house or yard! His guys were very professional and polite and they were in and out within 45 min! Hands down recommend and wish I could I could give

A used hot tub became available at a great price that was not very old and in good shape. Hot Tub Taxi moved it for us on very short notice. They were very fast and professional. They used specialty pro tools like a heavy metal leverage lifter bar on small wheels and metal dollies with large wheels to do the job well and safely so that it only took 3 of them and they were able to handle a 7ft by 7ft square tub and make it look easy. And most importantly, there was excellent communication throughout the process. I first contacted them on Friday, met with the seller on Saturday and then the move

Excellent experience. Good size crew to meet the needs of the job. Crew was professional, helpful and friendly, good at their job, A+ crew.
Supervisor/owner was responsive and communicative and fit me in to his busy schedule in about 2-3 days. Worked with me, sight unseen to meet the demands of the job. Easy to use website to put in the request. Costs were not sky-high and I think were appropriate for the ask.

About a year ago, we moved to a new home that had a hot tub on the porch, but we seldom used it. We contacted Hot Tub Taxi and did business with Darius. Within a few days the tub was moved professionally and efficiently. We found Darius to be very responsive and friendly. The crew was also friendly and skillful, and the move went off without a hitch. I’d highly recommend them.

We purchased a used hot tub and needed a company to move it. Darius did a pretty good job of getting everything in line to get the job done. However, the selling party needed to have some of their screened in porch removed to get the hot tub out (we agreed to take care of this with our purchase of the hot tub). Darius recommended Jason Caldwell to do the job, and we mistakenly took his recommendation. I would like to give Hot Tub Taxi a better review, but you are only as good as the people you do business with. Jason charged us $1500 to remove and replace some railing, one post and some screen

We purchased a hot tub from a friend and needed to have it moved to our home. The timeline was rather tight and we needed to have it moved during the Christmas/ NYE Holiday season, but Darius was so helpful and responsive it really put our minds at ease! Great experience. These guys are amazing.
We got blessed by a friend who didn't want the hot tub at her new house and just gave it to us. So we went to check it out and take measurements and pics.
I uploaded the pics and filled out the form on the website on Saturday afternoon.
Sunday evening got a call that they had an opening for mid-day Monday.
Monday they arrived when they said they would. Drained and disconnected the tub, loaded it up and delivered to our house.
So fast, so friendly! They handled everything and now our hot tub is ready.

I had been meaning to get the old hot tub removed from our deck for a few years and finally called for professional removal. Darius came out same day and explained the entire process & options, and we agreed on a plan and a fair price. He was able to get a team out that same afternoon to take away our old spa.
The team verified the plan before completing the work. They worked thoughtfully and carefully to protect our property and landscaping as they removed the tub. All debris was cleared and we reviewed the job site for satisfaction before they left.

The gentleman I met was pleasant, and was able to show up this past Monday instead of this past Wednesday to remove our hot tub (both dates were mentioned when he came to see the hot tub and assess removal). However, I was unhappy about how they left the wires and tubing as well as the general treatment of our property.
To fix/secure the tubing, I did some research and spoke with a local hot tub vendor; this research led me to believe that the disconnect was just plain unprofessional. My husband later told me the business-owner re-visited our home while I was at work and made statements that,

Darius and his crew were great -- they had the tub in place in minutes and put it exactly where we wanted it, to the inch. Communication was fantastic, by phone and text. Darius even took time to give us tips on setting it up and what chemicals/supplies to use. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a swim spa (14' x 7' monstrosity), and about a week from delivery I found out that it was MY responsibility to get that thing off of the delivery truck!! I had talked to some other guys who definitely wouldn't have been able to get it off of the 53' closed trailer. I was scrambling trying to find someone who could do the job. After calling some local hot tub places one recommended Hot Tub Taxi. I gave them a call, and filled out their online form. Logistics were the only headache as I had to make sure the delivery was scheduled for a time when the Hot Tub Taxi

I used this company once as a customer when I bought our hot-tub. I sold the hot tub several years later and the buyer used the same service. I was unhappy with their communications and their treatment of the home. Also, the business owner showed up on my front law, and, from my perspective, appeared to be threatening to sue if I did not promise to get my wife's review taken down in 7 days.
It is not wise to make legal threats to a law student with unlimited legal resources. It would be wiser for them to change their business practices instead. Get some software that sends automated appointment
